That's true, Harry did say that, but some posters here carry on like we will have the golden RNS on Monday morning and we all know that isn't going to happen.

Maybe by the end of next week or the following Monday with any luck, but we've seen too many false dawns before.

@KEFIGOLD - no firm date has been set by anyone for anything, please stop raising expectations and hope unnecessarily.

Everything put out by RNS or news feeds simply says 'financial close expected in September' and there are still 19 days of September to go.

Despite this we have been here or somewhere like it too many times before only to see the final sign off delayed and it could happen again. Hopefully it won't but until we have concrete news it's a done deal I would remain very cautious.

Ah, MATD, another of my investing disasters! There have been so many I forget.

Yes Wimbledon, thanks for that. It'll be like when I sold RR @ £1.46 in 2023 only for it to immediately recover, and it didn't stop recovering!!

I don't think Blue Star will be too worried (yet) as part of the £10M raise was earmarked for them to enable funding through to first production.

@Gladiator63 - that's a real 'oops' moment! Have to be v careful doing dummy trades not to hit the wrong button. Never done that myself but can see how it could happen, especially if using a mobile of small tablet maybe?

I see the bid jumped back up almost immediately after I sold this morning, that's just typical and pretty much how my luck goes every time. I expect I'll feel better later today or tomorrow when it drops even further.

Brave hopefully but knowing my luck....

I never expected it to fall to these levels again and despite hardly worth selling I couldn't take the pain of watching it drop any more, so I'm out.

300,000 at 09:27 in case anyone wants to know or feels the need to check.

I just crystalized the biggest loss I ever made and doubt my PF will ever recover from this.

If my PF was up overall I'd dump this in a heartbeat, unfortunately I've made some terrible investments, awful decisions and got my timing wrong so many times my whole PF is about 77.5% down. All my own fault and have to accept full responsibility for it. Suffice to say my wife is not impressed!!

Still, happy days......

@dai2belts - yes, sadly I do remember, and bought too many at those prices expecting great things, hence I still have a really high average.

The worst thing is I bought 1.4m in Jan.24 under 0.3p but instead of holding them I traded in & out - badly - until I ended up where I am now, holding 300,000 with an av.cost of 5.3p. Even worse I also held some in a Fund & Share account (don't ask) that I dumped at a loss of £4k, taking my all-in av.cost now to just under 6.7p.

I don't think I'll ever get my money back here but will hold and hope for a miracle now as hardly worth selling.

In early 2024 this went from a low of 0.18p to over 2.5p in 4 or 5 days.

Can it do that again with so much dilution on the way?

The last Retail Offer @ 0.54p was a real bargain then! I missed out at the time but glad I did, and although it would have reduced my average cost would ultimately have sent my PF even lower.

Been invested here since 2021 and currently over 95% down, worth so little now it's hardly worth dumping.

I seem to recall that TW has had quite a history with Kefi but both his and Harry's credibility is in the toilet right now!

Only completion of the "full Project financial close expected in September 2025" will restore the markets faith in Harry but even then it won't be easy to forgive so many false dawns and dilutions.

Now is the time Harry, now is the time. I hope it happens in September, I really do.

This was all very positive in the short to medium term and now we have the base rate cut from the BofE on top which you'd think would help lift the SP, yet here we are mired - crucially - just above a £1 and Barclays have downgraded TW on 'disappointing results'.

Makes no sense to me but then it rarely does.

Hold for the interim divi and see what happens is my view.
