@ LB - I think you have misunderstood.

Commercial LEVELS not the same as commercial DISCOVERY, hence the need for deeper drilling, EWT, extended modelling and further analysis.

This can't be declared a 'discovery' - or not - until all those things have been completed.

Now we just wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Will 1.6 billion shares flood the market and tank the SP, or have the investors that bought the placing @ 0.5p been cleverer than the lot of us and are playing a blinder, and holding for EWT results etc?

I held FWIW, hope I did the right thing but with my luck probably didn't.

Whatever has happened between the raise and Friday morning, that is a heck of a lot of shares being dumped into the market place, has to have some effect surely but which way?

I can't see them all being snapped up at the current SP or higher, will surely force the SP lower again?

As low as the placing price 0.5p?

Hi guys, certainly looking more interesting here these days, still not invested (again) though as having disasters everywhere else!!

I would just add a word of caution though FWIW (what do I know, see above?!), be careful this Richard Griffiths fellow doesn't dump the whole 15.3% holding for a decent profit and crash the SP.

Beginning to realise the stock market makes no bloody sense to me!

SP been to 5p and over twice now, and back to mid/low 4s both times.

How is this not 6p already???

With any luck. I just wish I'd topped up earlier today before it got to 4.83p only to fall back to 4.10! Oops. Bad timing as usual. Managed a further small top up later at 4.3p but even that owes me money now. Jeez....

Still, hopefully I won't be worrying about small paper losses when this re-rates to 6p or 7p in the next day or two, then hopefully onwards to double figures.

The way Harry explained it in the webinar I think the notion of "a final sign off" is a bit of a misnomer.

The project has been formally launched with all parties in agreement and early works will continue until (end of) September, and as long as those work targets are hit and demonstrable then the various syndicate members begin to release funds, ERN's and everything else within 60 days.

At least I think that's right.

So now it's just a waiting game which, according to Harry, is on.

Shares issued yes. Dilution yes, albeit minimal. Money raised no.

The shares were issued to advisors in consideration for their services , no money changed hands.

It has effectively saved Kefi £1.36M by not having to pay the advisors in cash.

There hasn't been any raise, the shares were issued to advisors in lieu of payment for services rendered or yet to be rendered.

Following Admission of the Adviser Issued Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 6,059,089,306 Ordinary Shares.

Over 6 BILLION.

Having read and re-read the last few RNS's re. TK Project launch it is quite clear - despite all the years of waiting - that it is still early days for this project.

Today's RNS says the 'closing of project financing' will be concurrent with the 'early works until September 2024' which I guess means the finance could be held off until the end of September?

Assuming that all goes ahead then - as stated in the previous RNS of 13th May - they are " are focused on the Tulu Kapi Gold Project launching in mid-2024 for production in mid-2026".

They have announced formal Project Launch today, the financing still seems a little uncertain to say the least, and if that does happen we won't see first production - and revenue - until mid-2026.

Early days. Anyone sharp enough this morning (not me unfortunately) would have sold and run off with a profit or bought back later & lower for a quick profit take.

As much as we all hate to say it, Manu17 is right - no money has come in yet.

Investor Presentation on Wednesday may shed more light, further news could land any day, more patience required.

What you are saying is probably right, sub-10p could be a good entry point here but no one is really sure why it is sub-10p, the picture is far from clear. Sure there investments may not be performing as they would like, but the share buyback was meant to reduce the discount to NAV and didn't seem to work at all.

As you say, likely to be a long-term investment case from here, and no panic required. At least hey don't have to fundraise like some, plenty of cash in the bank for further deals to be done.

they raised £6.44m in may 23 which kept the lights on and haa in ****tails until earlier this year when they raised another £5m in march.

it's only may now so surely no further raise is needed in the short term or before tk sign off if that finally happens as has been suggested?

unless the price of ****tails has increased astronomically? 🤣
