Appreciate this sounds harsh but it’s the way it works

The big boys pumped the IPO , got the fees , dumped their stock , then shorted the thing down and are now closing their shorts / buying stock and will fund the buyout of us mortals at as low a price as possible

he’s on the BoD , he’s just doing what he does for MM

Am hanging my hat on £3B - hope it’s more but thinking practically

Matt had 20% plus at IPO and nicked the property paying him £25M a year rent

But he has enjoyed £1B of cash to invest in the business on the back of the IPO and has doubled the revenue of the group

He goes private and goes back over 20% equity with his ‘carry ‘

He can go again USA in a few years time when the market conditions look good … or he can sell Nutrition / Beauty divisions to trade
IPO Ingenuity ? It’s his call then ?

Whichever way you look at it Matt Moulding will have done a top trade for himself - not knocking him it’s just business

Could be middle of June - was adding a couple of weeks in case negotiations drag on behind the scenes

Matt by the looks of things has let it be known the price to back going private - plus we are not privy to his personal terms, notably his carry plus cost of primary capital to grow the business and his shares being equal to new shares as it enters private hands

£2.30 to £2.50 to us pI’s and the above agreed and it looks like a done deal

Will it be lead by the man who is his friend and done the same fund raising job for the last 12 years ?

Suggest yes…. Belerion /King capital heading up the fund raise, others will support, possibly even the Candy Man could well ‘ join ‘ the consortium

Hence this is not a £4 job, not going to happen in my opinion - I would be over the moon if it was mind
