It looks as though the US Markets might hit the breakers just after they open (again) - if so there will be another messy sell-off this afternoon. I keep seeing the shares that I think are becoming 'bargains' fall, and fall, and fall etc.

An example - I recently traded PHC and made a little over 60% in a week; then they announced a placing at 8p and the new shares were authorised yesterday. I can already buy a chunk of shares at at 32.5% discount to the placing price - amazing that I was able to offload the shares at 14.4p a month ago. Sell at 14.4p and able to rebuy at 5.4p - the market is all fc uk ed up!

COVID is damaging everything... My policy of not holding shares that are undertaking fundraising has saved me from an unpleasant loss here. Time will tell how their tenants cash flows are being damaged by COVID.

No, I do not belive that the share 'is a write off now'. All I did was question the validity of the comment that the resue packagae (full details not yet released by GOV.UK) was going to solve TRX's short term funding problem.

Dark market forces are causing private investors significant losses - generating unrealisitic optimism might result in false confidence which could result in further losses.

We all have differing attitudes to investment risks and rewards; my defensive position has prevented me suffering in the current market conditions but it gives me no exposure to any uplifts in value at the moment. I do wish all who are interested in TX a profitable future.

You may not appreciate the post but it is a realistic post - TRX advised the market before the COVID outbreak that they need to be recapitalised and that the funding will run out soon.

Holding shares in a company that needs recapitalising can be dangerous to your financial health. I do not wish losses on investors but a dose of realism is always warrented. This is not a friendly market to raise funds in at the moment.

Yeah right, UK Gov is going to lend $s to a business based mainly in the US. I am sure some shareholders will appreciate it if you stimulate some demand for them to sell their shares before it is too late...

Market Capitalisation is circa£600k. Accumulated losses are circa £30 million. That is enough evidence for most.

And of course Convertible Loans are really popular with shareholders who like being diluted by an unknown amount.
