Good to get some fresh air when others are sleeping though.

Valirx's shareholders are not oncologists - why would they buy the IP when they have even less understanding than the BOD do on how to monetise it (and, as we know, the BOD have not been able to monetise the IP to date)?

Forget it being half empty... The RNS dated 10 March stated 'that if it was unable to raise further funds it would be unlikely to be able to continue trading beyond end of March 2020.'

I make it 4 trading days until Administration - the Directors will not expose themselves to the penalties that come with trading whilst insolvent - unless funds miraculously appear from some unknown source.

'weeks to survive?' - the have said through an RNS that the future is in doubt if they cannot raise funds by the end of March. That indicates there may only be days left, not weeks.

So the meeting to authorise new shares to fend off insolvency has been adjourned - I expect the next RNS will be that they have called in the Administrators (and the BOD will buy anything of value from them at a fire sale price).

They did not even have the courtesy to let attendees know about the adjournment yesterday - another fine example of the dangers that sometimes come with investing in AIM shares, especially when personal relationships are not clearly flagged for investors to evaluate.

If the issue of more shares is not approved tomorrow the future is unlikely; even if more shares are authorised raising funds by any business in such dire straits such as Valirx in this market is so challenging that the future still seems unlikely to me.

To those who have been brave enough (or foolhardy enough) to hold or buy more shares I wish you good luck - you may need truck loads of it.

Some religions consider it a violation of the faith to donate essential organs whilst still alive (or at all). It is why I consider harvesting organs from living people (especially if they are of such a faith) the ultimate punishment which has one of the greatest effects in ensuring compliance with government edicts.

I appreciate that this is not a mainstream opinion...

My personal preference is harvesting organs first / as well.

I see funding is becoming a topic again - it always makes for 'unity' especially when the share price is lower than Vulpes invested at.
