There should be no share buy backs;
Consideration should be given to limiting excessive pay.

What did you expect - the share price is down 90% over the last 12 months. To those who continually state you are holding onto your shares until the end - good luck (you will need it). With the state of the economy at the moment do not be surprised if this ends up a bit like Northern Rock.

Listening to over optimistic posters can be dangerous to your financial health, especially when they have been playing the same tune since £8 when Metro said they needed refinancing and did sweet FA until the share price was driven off a cliff.

Too much debt - they might break covenants and refinancing is next to impossible at the moment. I will be staying away from businesses with debt when I decide to go back nto the market as indebted companies are going to have to tap shareholders for cash or accept worse debt terms.

Remember, cash is king, both for investors and companies.
