Fresh air and sunlight is important to human health, especially during convalesence. Unless you live close to a bus route there may be more indoor pollutants in your house than comes in with fresh air. If you are worried it may make sense to get a dose of fresh air when it is quiet utside (early morning / late at night). If you are not getting enough sunlight consider a vitamin d supplement.

The Ocado website has been unaccessible during the day for most of the week. 5am this morning it worked but first available slot next Sunday afternoon (order made thanks Ocado).

You may want to try booking your next available Waitrose slot early in the morning as you tend to be up early. It may be further into the future than you expect.
