Debate is something that helps the board and has nothing to do with shorting or ramping or even the SP, but then again , it takes an open mind to understand.

I like many will disagree, because I think it's better to sell something too early , than to sell something too late :-)

But again , timing is just one of the keys ..

Money management and safe guarding ones capital are the most important factors , imo

We are always are own worst ennemies when it comes to investing , so always try not to invest more than what is confortable in any one share , is my motto ..

The cash burn is low at this time because there is little going on except for some preclinical things but the cash burn will increase once the assets move into the clinical..

We also know that Tim will want to take up the warrants in Incanthera ( otherwise why pay the £75k to extend the date ? )

Anyway that's my opinion...

Can we put this issue on the table and have an intelligent debate ?

We all know that cash is not abondent and that IMM will need to bring in some cash to bring the preclinical assets to the clinical as well as to take up the warrants in Incanthera shortly...

There are many options for IMM, including a share raise but there are other options including

Warrants with Landstead and Alora

Licensing Upfronts .

We already saw Alora accepting to pay 11p for shares when the SP was circa 5p and this could happen again ...

So whilst being aware of the cash position, one Should also be aware of the options open to IMM, because when the science is sound , money will be found 😉
