The most difficult thing here is to be able to analyse the reality and to keep one's feet on the ground 🤔

Unfortunately, it's paid to Not listen to what is being said by the company, but instead to analyse what's not said and to watch what they are actually doing and saying 😙

Keeping an open mind is lacking here as most people can't see the Shades of Grey , all they see is blue or red 🤓

But of course, you will disagree as per usual

What is evident is that some people say one thing and do another....

Sentiment comes and goes ....especially on these boards where people are always trying to make a fast and easy Buck 😙 here today and gone tomorrow...

But there is no such thing as a free lunch ...imo

Patience is necessary whilst investing ( but that comes with a Price to pay ) .

I believe you missed the most important point ...

IMM brought most of their employees to the AGM to talk to the shareholders ( last year there were half a dozen shareholders at the AGM ) ....

LIsa + 2 Tim's + 2 scientists , shows that IMM were out in force to impress Wildbunch and other shareholders 😉

I know you always want to have the last word so i will just say that

Landstead will continue to sell their shares as they see fit....

The volume and the rate they sell at will depend on news flow etc and therefore what the market will be able to absorb , imo

I just pointed out that Landstead can basically do whatever they choose at this stage because they have absolutely no risk whatsoever...

I never said anything about agressive selling , they will do whatever they choose to do , but , their objective is not to be a long term holder, just a long term " lender "...

I would like to remind you that Landstead got their warrants for free so they still wouldn't lose any money if the company went belly up .

The only risk that Landstead have had until now is IF they sold more of the shares upfront and then the SP rocketed...but now that is not even the case ( due to the warrants they hold ) .....

If the SP plummets they pay back less to IMM so they still make money...

They can only sell real volumes when the PI's are there to buy ...

Too much selling pressure is not in their best interest either 🧐 as they need to sign more contacts in the future ....imo

Quite simply because they have rolled on from one contract to the next 😘

Landstead are a finance company ( money lender, / loan sharks depends on your outlook 😉) . They make money from lending to those that can't finance themselves in a traditional fashion ...

They will always make loads of money , no matter what happens to the SP here . They have no interest in holding shares in the companies they " finance " , so they just hedge / sell whenever it suits them .

They have loads of warrants that they can exercice in the future so that have no incentive to keep/ hedge the shares they already have , imo

Tim will have to face Wildbunch and maybe a dozen other shareholders in the upcoming AGM so one could expect some form of news , before, during, or just after this event 😉 imo ...

He does the talk but will he do the walk ?

No matter what people say here , the timescales are way off track for the P3...imo

But like in INC , shareholders will bé the last to know, imo

Anyway, I believe that the immediate potential here is in diagnostics ... ( Let's wait and see )

Landstead are under no obligation to sell any amount of shares per day or per month !!

They have an obligation to pay IMM on a monthly basis a certain amount based on the SP ..

They hedge their obligations as they see fit but one should not forget that Landstead have bucket loads of warrants that they can exercice at 2p so that means they have their joker card in case the SP goes well up in the future ....
