As you should know , due diligence takes a lot of time so anyone expecting news on any possible licensing agreement should be very patient , imo

Shareholders timescales and scientific / commercial timescales are two quite different things ....

I agree with most of what you are saying about the rights being returned to IMM . Have Avion pulled the plug or IMM, that's another debate 🤔

One must also remember that Avion are also a shareholder/ warrant holder....

I realy think that IMM should inform shareholders about this and the potential consequences of any contract being modified or whatever ...

Won't be long now to find out about that ...

I believe your are right when you say that only that only the scientific data and the number of potential licensing partners will dictate the size of any deal .

The concerns you mention were and are still valid, imv as they were when you bought in initialy at 5p .

The fact that you more than doubled down at 2p and under makes you the "expert" of course but doesn't change things in my opinion....

It's easy to say that...

If one was being fair and open minded as well as being less condescending one could see that Lordloadsoflolly is indeed correct... Dilution has been considerable since 2018 and the SP has been largly impacted by Landstead selling ( going from 32p in 2019 to less than a penny )

That is reality and easily verified ...

Having Said that it's also true that the SP has recovered slightly in the last year and especially in the last few months because of the news flow and Tim's back talking in the billions 🤔

One can get excited about the future IF actions speak louder than words this time around but one cannot forget what has happened in the past, imv

Please keep an open mind because the ' late stage assets ' need confirmation as everything " seems " up in the air " after these recent preclinical results ...

Eyes to the sky but let's keep the feet on the ground ...

Landstead are still here as the largest shareholder/ warrant holder so until that changes we are on a rollercoaster imv but only time will tell ....

Outside of lupus, the Licence and Development Agreement also includes the option for Avion to explore the peptide's potential in other auto-immune diseases for the US market.

The Licence and Development Agreement is between Avion and ImmuPharma (France) S.A, a subsidiary of the Company.

Avion Pharmaceuticals has licensed the exclusive rights to co-develop, with ImmuPharma, Lupuzor™ and the molecule forigerimod, to allow registration for marketing in the US, Europe and elsewhere and for Avion to commercialise Lupuzor™ for US territories. ImmuPharma retains all rights to commercialise Lupuzor™ outside of the US, either through distribution partnerships or directly by ImmuPharma. All existing clinical data and any future joint Intellectual Property will be shared between the two parties for their respective regions.

The main problem i have with the PR at the moment is that it comes across as being " too rampy " as if it's being over done to keep the SP over a certain level ...

As always i am keeping a open mind whilst looking at both sides of the coin ....but being realistic these types of deals take many months of negoociations and Avion as we well know , have the rights to the US markets as well as a right to first refusal on other indications ( outside lupus ) so that will be a major obstacle to any 'future deal ' imo

Many unknowns and uturns to Come , imo , but then again , that's the norm with IMM 🤔

Very good PR from Tim on the program but once again we should note that he never mentions Avion and the P3 trial ...

IS Avion still on board or not Tim ?

Lots of questions still remain unanswered but whatever...if any deal comes out of all this , it should be a lot better than the one signed with Avion, imv

Btw , fast track status is given to all biotechs for Lupus trials if they apply for it ..

I agree with you that any new deal signed will have a major effect on the SP even if the timescales involved will be important.

My response to Morri940 was just a legitimate question as to the P3 trial and Avions implication which need clarification imo...

The implications for patients and long term shareholders are open to debate on this issue....

Tim has not mentioned the P3 trial or Avion for quite a while and i like many are asking ourselves IF this new Breakthrough has drastic implications to the P3 trial ?

Will it be going ahead or will it be aborted ?

I totaly agree , but Tim needed to find cash for Incanthera at the time and IMM had nearly £10 million cash so ... Whatever

IMM has " invested " £ 2.25 million into Incanthera to date + £75 k to extend the warrants and is so far down roughly £825 k +

Pushing money around cost money 🤬 for IMM and lots of dilution since for it's shareholders but whatever...

Don't forget that Tim has until the end of march to exercise the Incanthera warrants...

So let's see what happens next 🧐

One should also note the following , imo , even if it's small change , in the larger picture 🤔

The Company will pay Lanstead's legal costs of approximately £15,000 incurred in connection with the Lanstead Subscription and in entering into the Sharing Agreement and, in addition, has agreed to issue to Lanstead 3,500,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Value Payment Shares") in connection with entering into the Sharing Agreement.

Whilst we can agree that Landstead have no obligation to sell their shares to finance their monthly repayments to IMM , one has to remember, that is , in essence, how they operate.

It's interesting to note that IMM have accelerated this agreement ( only 8 months ) and they have ammended the last contract to receive payments much quicker ..

It's up to IMM now to release enough positive news flow to get the SP above the benchmark targets and to motivate the market to absorb any possible Landstead sales , imo

P.s.

One should also keep in mind that Landstead hold a huge amount of warrants ( at 2p exercice price )
