At this stage , it might bé better to hear it from outside sources if the market is to believe it, imo

Tim with his two mandates is not what is the best for IMM shareholders is my opinion.

A CEO should be fully concentrated on his one job and shareholders should let him know that but whatever...

What is unfair to IMM shareholders is that when it comes to IMM warrants, well Tim adjusted the exercice price downwards for the warrant holders (Landstead and co ) with each new share raise but when it comes to Incanthera zilch ....

All that i can take away from this is that

1) Tim has kicked the ball down the field a bit ...

He has basically paid to extend the warrants again but we don't know what the cost will be until September...

The Incanthera " investment" is already in the red by £825 K approx so this new agreement is again in Incanthera's favour but what about IMM shareholders who have been massively diluted in the past to prop up Incanthera ?

The other creditors have been issued shares at 8.5p so would it not have been equitable to IMM shareholders to have the warrants exercice price reduced to the same price instead of having to pay more for the warrants ?

Whatever....

Tim is in a corner imv

If he doesn't exercice the warrants , well the market will presume

1) That Incanthera is in a bad spot ..

2) That Tim makes bad investments and can't close a décent deal ...

3) That negociations for IMM are not progresing well

But whatever....

After spending £75 k to extend the warrants last time around, I don't believe that IMM will just let the warrants lapse 🤨

They are so far down £825 k approx on the Incanthera " investment" so it would not be acceptable to write off that amount , imo

IMM are so far at £825 k down on their investment in INC so they will need to make at least that back in the future ...

At this stage of IMM's history , I believe that the Breakthrough in understanding the MOA of auto-immune diseases maybe warrants this back to P1 ...rather than spending futile money on a P3 scenario..

My viewpoint is that IMM maybe worth more today than Yesterday with new partners and especially on the diagnostic side ....

Back to the drawing board with New Patents , new partners and new money is my opinion but as always everyone to their own beliefs

I think that the P3 is out the window and that Avion are flying away 🛫

If one reads between the lines of what Tim said in his interview about seeking partners ( and not knowing in what clinical phase those partners will want to use ) and the fact that nothing has happened with Avion in more than 15-16 months , what other conclusion can one reasonably come to ?

P.s. filtering people who don't have the same opinions as oneself is not seeking to see other sides of a coin , imo
