My take on the situation peterpharma is that now that the real situation is on the table ( after all the hype ) we will get some " good news " in the near future 😘

No billion dollar deal imo but a deal that will keep the lights on for a while and keep the sharks at bay 🤓

But everyone to their own convictions and trades as per usual ,😙

They have acted the losses due to the Landstead deals which have brought in a lot less than they should have... ( Nothing new )

R+D expenditure increased ... ( As should be expected )

This is an RNS for accountants and what tbe future holds for investors is totally different , imo

We are early august and the accounts are based on the period january - end of June ...

Back to reality is a good signal , imo

Nothing new, just a clear picture of the financial situation....

What is happening in the background is open to speculation as always..

The £10 million share placing just before the P3 Results was a major red flag if you remember correctly ...the readout was then delayed for a few weeks 🧐....

One should also keep in mind that II ( like Landstead ) serve another purpose , imo

They unlike most PI help companies in achieving the quorum at AGMs etc and by voting in favor of the companies resolutions...

Without this "support" most companies would find themselves in a delicate position .

I have to disagree with you on that Pokerchips...

Most biotechs have I.I. and even IMM had some back in 2017-2018 ...most of whom bailed out before the P3 Results came out but that's another story ...

You have raised the question of the impatient IMM shareholders, and I do agree with that ...

The lack of any major or even minor Institunional investors in IMM is a major drawback and just goes to show me that IMM is not that credible in the investment world...

I think factual is a better word in the present case, than popular .,.

My view point on the " upcoming " P3 trial is on record so no point in going over the same turf over and over ...

I do also think that IMM will sign a deal in the near future ( but for a diagnostic usage ) as said before ..

IMM is the only company I know of that takes So so so so so so long between clinical phases ..Even you should know that the timescales are way off the mark but of course you will say different but nothing new with that ...

What is reality is that IMM entered into an " accelerated " agreement with Landstead this time around with a benchmark price of 5p ....

One should be asking why they needed this " accelerated" contract at this time ?? And why have they let the SP drift downwards so that Landstead are playing approx half of what they should be to break even ...

Lots of questions for Tim to answer , imo
