I think that you are jumping the gun a bit with the FDA..

Their role is not to back anything, they set out the criteria for getting market approval, they give guidance

and advice on study protocols but they don't " back " anyone .

Until we see the trial registered and the protocol published on the clinical trial website, one should be careful about asserting anything, imv

What is well documented is your initial sizeable investment at 5p but whatever....it's between you and your stockbroker ...

The stock market is a very humbling place for most people ( even you don't get it right all the time )

IMM will receive over a £1 million quid from the "new investors" shortly as per todays RNS....

Don't you think that should cover any short term needs , except if had already made your mind up to use £671k whilst keeping the coffers in a good position ?

Whatever, everyone to their own views but Tim should be well aware of what is happening in his other company 😉

We shall see if the upward movements continue over in Incanthera...

Can you come up any plausible reason for this , other than Tim wanting his cash reserves in the best possible place in march to possibly take up those warrants ??

I think you should have a look at where the Incanthera SP is today and try to anticipate a bit ...

I believe that we may have been given a clue to Tim's intention to go ahead with the take up of the warrants in todays RNS so i think that the patent situation must be close to some conclusion, but that's my opinion...

It has been agreed that each of the settlements for March , April and May 2025 are accelerated to be received in March 2025 (with the calculation for the 3 months based on the 2023 Lanstead Sharing Agreement formula for the 20 days in March), and that each of the settlements for June, July and August 2025 are accelerated to be received in April 2025 (with the calculation for the 3 months based on the 2023 Lanstead Sharing Agreement formula for the 20 days in April 2025), and that the September settlement is cancelled.

After paying £75k to extend the expiry date on the Incanthera warrants, one would imagine that Tim will have the funds in place before the end of march...

However, the Board did not feel it would be prudent to have deployed c£691k of the Company's funds in exercising the Warrant in the period ended 6 September 2024 (the end of the previous expiry period). This prudent control of cash reserves needs to continue over the next period.

Incanthera share movements today seem to anticipate the takeup

Will have to wait for the answer ...

Can we expect Tim to exercise the warrants in Incanthera now that IMM has raised a few quid ?
