What does this Say for Mr TIM ?

An on paper loss of £750 k is transformed into..

'successfully selling our shareholding in Incanthera,'

There IS no rule that states that a Rns has to be issued 'immediately' only promptly so lets see what happens next ...

All it takes is a few grand to shake thé leaves ..

The lack of updates has made many People nervous

We know that there will be news in september but in the meantime the market IS open to speculation.

It's just that WE have Heard the same things when the Sp was at 20p and AT 10p and etc etc ..

I am aware of the warrants and i am also aware that they took a paper loss of £750k beforehand.

I didn't Say that they were short of cash , I did Say that they were certainly not cash Rich ...

Landstead are however milking it With their 'agreements'

Without wishing to sound like a douter, but

Imm IS not a cash rich Company and even though they have some cash from the sale of the Incanthera shares to see them over the next few months , they still are reliant on Landstead payments , imo

Imm like all biotechs are Always looking for more funds so i did wonder why Tim didn't do a deal With his II 'friends' whilst selling Imm's stake in Incanthera...

Any thoughts ?

Ok, but there were a few I.I. around last Time around ( who sold out before the P3 readout ) and yet now , they are not on board ..

They are interested in Punting but they may Take a stake when Imm gets investable :-)

As a former hedge fund manager , Can you explain why no institutional investors have declared any investment in IMM ?

Anyone that was here before the last P3 readout ( not many left) Can attest to that ..

So please try and keep your remarks l'ESS personal and not try to be the know all, as one thing the stock market should have thought you IS humility.

You will Always bé right no matter if your wrong or not, that's very clear to open minded people.

My viewpoint which IS equal to lord's on this point IS that Tim put his own money into Incanthera whilst putting a small amount of his own money into IMM ( full stop)

Until ( as you call them yourself) the grey areas are clarified , any investment in IMM IS a PUNT and nothing else so let the dice Roll or not ....

One has to fully agree with your analysis ..

Until the market is informed of major progress in the clinical trials/ licensing agreements etc, doubt will keep the SP AT low levels, imo

Actions speak louder than words and empty promises...

Forgive me if I disagree with your viewpoint as

Warrants were initially issued With an exercice Price of 11p , then 5p and lately at 2p .. Nothing IS effective until they are exercised ...but whatever

P.s. let's Hope that IMM don't do any other placings under 2p which could bring down the exercice price even further .

Dallo, I was just reminding you that WE won't be seeing the Back of Landstead for suite some time ...

Warrants being exercised will of course bring in a few months of cashburn but will dilute shareholders but nobody will complain ?

Only non dilutive income will achieve that goal , imo ( for what it's worth )
