Thanks for your maths lesson..but Reality has shown us that IMM sold their stake AT 15p when the Sp was over 20p which was a large discount to the 'market price' but whatever.

Imm now need to make AT least £850k profit from the warrants just to break even on the Incanthera investment .( IS my point ) Which everyone seems to forget but whatever.....

After a paper loss of roughly £850k on the sale of the Incanthera shares , one would Hope that Imm could make Back that loss in the future..

Thanks for your thoughts but all the warrants were modified because of the placing so the wording of the changes would seem to me to imply all of the warrants ...

All a matter of interpertation but

The 2021 Warrants and 2022 Warrants will then be exercisable at the earlier of (i) the five day volume weighted average price of Ordinary Shares attaining 4 pence or (ii) 12 months following First Admission or (iii) a takeover offer is announced for the Company

What would Really have an impact on sentiment here, IS if they actually do start thé clinical trial..(nothing yet postes on the clinical trials website)...

It is proposed that the warrant deeds (between the Company and the respective counter-parties - the holders of warrants) will be varied, subject to First Admission, such that the exercise price of the 2021 Warrants and 2022 Warrants is reduced from 11 pence and 5.5 pence respectively to 2 pence.

The 2021 Warrants and 2022 Warrants will then be exercisable at the earlier of (i) the five day volume weighted average price of Ordinary Shares attaining 4 pence or (ii) 12 months following First Admission or (iii) a takeover offer is announced for the Company. The reduction in the warrant exercise prices has been agreed with all the warrant holders and from the Company's perspective, there will be a higher probability of receiving additional funding from the exercise of these warrants as the share price appreciates and the warrants are 'in the money'.

The licence agreements was never Taken UP by Incanthera...

Imm invested £2.25 million into Incanthera...

They just sold those shares for £1.5 million , so they need to make £750,000 profit from the warrants just to ...break even ... After diluting Imm shareholders for many years With Landstead..

Double punishment for IMM shareholders but whatever, eyes to the Sky but keep the feet on the ground ...

Nothing Great about this news ,imo

It just shows that the initial investment in Incanthera was not in the best interests of IMM shareholders ...

Why sell the shares AT a loss After investing £2.25 million into Incanthera ?

Landstead have a lot of warrants that they Can exercice at 2p so it's logical for them to sell and make a few quid , don't you think ?

Don't waste your breath on the 'gangbang strong buy' crowd ,the superwildwammers are not worth the hassle and are not open to reasonable debate ,imo

They only want to see/reflect/consider the 'upside' and not any other viewpoint .

Whilst some of us ( small minority) Can bé objective and see the Potential whilst also being aware of the many risks which are still there (At this Time).

Anyway , whatever, the strong buy crowd don't want to see or debate on the numerous risks so they brand you a bore or worse ..

Anyway, your point of view , IS reasonable and intelligent for the silent minority on this board.
