It could be an explanation , of course ...

It's a binary situation imo because the more one goes down the 'personalised ' road , the more one limits their market potential ...

If one choses to access only patients with particulier biomarkers , then you may only have market autorisations for that 'subset' of lupus patients....

It's a vast debate, because the cost of manufacturing ' personalised medecines is extremely expensive and so the health systems find it most difficult to pay the Price in comparaison to mass manufactured pills etc ...

Anyway that's another debate , for another day ..

It would be great to see "progress" on the lupus trial asap because that is the late stage asset whilst all these " newbies " are preclinical and therefore a long road before coming to the market , imo

It's usual for pharmas to give upfront payments when signing any licensing agreements ( something Avion didn't do )

Btw Do you think that Avion could be replaced by a new partner ? ...as this future P3 trial in lupus has been dragging on for so long that i am beginning to wonder ....

Just remember that all this needs to be tried and tested as well as patented ...

Whilst extremely promising , it IS still a long road before coming near the market, imo

Also don't forget that big pharma don't like such things as 'personalized medecines ...it's the way of the future but it doesn't keep the factories churning out the pills ..

Alora / Avion subscribed in 2021 for £1.2 million but didn't participate in any other fund raisers since...

I cannot see anything else that they have invested in IMM , so We are a far cry from " in excess of £30 million "

They have " commited" to investi upto €25 million to the lupus P3 trial...

They have warrants that may be exercised at some stage...

They might also , at some stage , give a mention about IMM on their website ??

Despite all the talks and announcements since 2019 , this trial has yet to bé registered on the US clinical trial website.....
