I'm doing OK on my pawtfolio (69% up in three years). I can't share my reasoning as that takes me over into being FCA compliance. I'm not FCA registered. This is a "cat down the pub" punt - still can't believe the FCA allow "Chat in the Pub" as a disclaimer but I'm using it.

HE1, in my humble opinion, are the next share to grow (as KOD did).... that's really all I can say.

A majority contract will boost the share regardless of them even starting manufacture, let alone any effect on the balance sheet.

I agree Franky, but who’s selling?

17% of RR stock is retail bought, and the majority of them are holding.

Therefore 87% is corporates and their guidance is also to hold (RR currently has zero sell recommendation).

MM adjustment in my humble opinion with 215 tomorrow.

In the interim, I’m on BOIL.l, RBD.l, RBGP.l and DEMG.l as being undervalued stocks someone asked about previously.

Not advice, just got the cat’s whiskers twitching (which is always a good sign). 👍

So chaps, we’re getting closer to my £7 goal of Feb 2025 but we’re still a long way off.

Recent gains have helped a little bit this is the framework I’m expecting to get there:

1) Aviation continues to increase post Covid (air India contract will help no end)

2) Successful bid for the SMRs - September/October we get 80%+ of contracts (can’t help but think they’ll give some to GE

3) Dividends start Q1 or Q2/H1 of 2024

4) Substantial buyback announced at the same time as Divs

5) Continued grade ratings increase based on all the above.

Numerous other additions (AUKUS etc) should get us to that true grading of a 70bln MCap.

Extremely basic but spot on - life doesn’t have to be hard looking daily at ups and downs.

Buy cheap, recognise the value, reach a goal and sell.

Simples.

UT or CT.

At that volume, an RNS will be available at 7am tomorrow if not.

Anything after 4.30pm is usually UT.

I made a few purchases in other stocks last week, all within hours, and all logged as sells.

It’s a funny old world.

Last time was stock crash 2008.

I’d like to hope we have the same 10+ years recovery but who knows in this uncertain world?

You can only hedge your investments based on probability.

My philosophy hasn’t changed since 2020 when I started investing - buy as much as I can (any any share I feel will make money) and hold until Feb 2025.

Unless you need to take profit, why do so?

It’s blatantly obvious that Covid presented a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy shares at rock bottom prices - you don’t have to be a cat to understand that.

And as many companies are now in ‘recovery’ status, unless anything drastic happens, they’ll continue to to climb up to pre Covid levels, and much more on top.

Hold for gold - and use extra cash to top up and look at new opportunities.
