Now let me ask you something, what benefit do I get from you and everybody else knowing absolutely all the details of any issue arising from running a business in the same manner as Kodal are doing? Will it be you fixing them or shall we leave it to Bernie? I personally don’t care about the problems as far as they are fixed efficiently so the company keeps growing in value, and from my point of view they have been dealt with in a very efficient manner so far, therefore I trust the BoD and I am not worry but happy with my investment here. This doesn’t mean they did the things was the best, I don’t know that, but it is undeniable that worked and the prove is we are producing.

I don’t post very often and I have no intention in extending this disagreement to fill the board with not useful info. I just found difficult to understand how can people are still not happy after what Kodal achieved so far, I expected the SP to be higher by now too, but that doesn’t mean I don’t trust the BoD anymore, it is a matter of time for the sp to catch up

My strategy does not need to be public, but if you are uncomfortable with your position in Kodal, I urge you to review yours at your earliest convenience

I mean any, I don’t need to know all the details as I am not responsible to deal with them, that is Bernie’s and team job and I have enough with mine. What I care is that the company flourish because that goes into my profit

To me, at this stage of development when everything is working, the investors that are nervous here is because they invested in Kodal much more money than what they are confortable with (which is wrong approach ) or they don’t really trust the company, which is also wrong.

No offence to anyone as everybody has different tolerances towards investing, but please be serious, we have a mine producing, with 2 shipments already done and the third will be very soon, getting the payment strait away, what else do you want? In real life there are issues that management has to solve as they come, they have been doing it so far pretty well, there are definitely more problems to come like in any other company, that I trust the BoD will solve.

I personally don’t want an RNS at any issue we have that could push the SP even lower, I rather they solve the problem first quietly, like any serious company and even the government, before it goes public

The humidity tests are normally done at destination, I expect them to be done in China when entering their factory. As you said the values can change considerably on transit, hence you normally measure it at destination, a quick Karl Fischer test about 5 minutes per sample. They will take several samples at different offload stages (or better said as they get into the factory)

My grandad used to work in a port weighing lorries in a similar setup as this one. Normally they get double checked at port again, they don’t only take the weights from the plant but from the port too and if there are discrepancies the one from port takes priority.

I would expect this to be the case here too and also checked again in China, the process is very fast and nowadays it is automated anyway.

I agree, US is a huge country and other than in cities the electric vehicles won’t work there. However, if Musks plans go well, there is going to be a big market in autonomous cars (I don’t see them going to the petrol station and refilling themselves) and the robots and energy storage. In US, I would put my money in nuclear plants before this mine.

This could be the EU Savana equivalent in US.

It was me, I’m glad to see you posting again

I think one must be grateful in live, so I just would like to tank the lth that helped others like me that joined Kod at a later stage with a lot of info. Laverda, Nettles, Bfd and many others that not only answered our questions but also kept up with continuous negative posts.

I haven’t seen any message from Laverda in a while, I really hope he is fine and just enjoying the massive profits.

SC still would have 2 working days to notify Kodal and Kodal would have up to 1 day to do the rns. If they were to go below 8% today it would be legal if we see the rns this Friday

I don’t think therefore the BoD are our problem

I mentioned it before, from my opinion the reason is SC. I just did a quick consultation using AI and for Kodal, trading normally between 50-150 M shares per day, if SC was to load as little as 20-40 M shares per day, that would be statistically a major reason for the SP to stay flat or drift down. Anything below that should not be noticeable and more than 50M would pin the price down hard.

If SC has someone or an algorithm monitoring how many shares are traded and adjusting what they sell accordingly, it doesn’t matter how many good news we have or if the spod price increases because SC will have the control of the SP. If they are happy selling at 0.30, they will adjust how many they sell per day to keep the price at that level and keep offloading.

I would be extremely happy to be proved wrong, but I am convinced this is the major factor for this SP. The reason for this post is just to save frustration (if possible), imho this is a long term case, I would say at least 2 years

Thank you Albatros, I think so too but that doesn’t answer my question of who is in charge financially for the development of phase 2? Is it KMUK or Kodal?

I watched again the YouTube interview with Vox and half of it is about phase 2, drilling, check feasibility, etc which is great and definitely what I wanted to hear…

However, it isn’t 100% clear to me who owns the area, who paid the drilling done, etc. basically I am asking if phase 2 will be within KMUK and therefore only 49% owned by Kodal or all the revenue from phase 2 is 100% for Kodal?

At certain point he even talks about other interested parties in Europe and America and I am not sure Hainan would be happy with that unless it is 100% Kodal…
