We should all be hoping the bid is miles away. Bids usually take historic SPs as a guide - just look at what happened over at SOLG, way undervalued as sold too soon as it was gaining nicely.

Let's get to 1p first before we encourage any bid.

I think it's fair to say the JRG wouldn't;t had agreed terms if it wasn't;t show explicitly that the funds were somewhat guaranteed.

Would JRG agree to terms that showed payment via placings initially and every month, effectively bankrupting the business?

Agreed - I aired on the side of this not ending well, however this is very good news and shows confidence from JRG that PREM will at least be around until November 2026!

One thing I can say over my years of investing is that AI and chartists should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Like so called psychics, they'll make a huge deal when they're close to the mark, but you won't here from them when they get it so drastically wrong.

The situation here, with KODAL, is simple. Steady continued growth until next accounts UNLESS news (specifically or global) hinders that progress.

Since my first purchase in 2020, questions and stepping stones have been galore; will they get a licence to mine? Will they mine after the licence? Will they have someone to buy it? Will Mali allow them to export etc, etc.....

Same product being mined, unit price soaring.... what's not to like.

I disagree - I hope we are all agreed this will be a singular of sell but the royalties will be far greater in my humble opinion.

Something closer to 20% - there is simply no need to go cheap on this.

Am I annoyed at selling early? Well, I did my financials today and thankfully 67.8% up since the SIPP transition (Sept 2025) into mining shares so I can't complain, but I'm honestly hopeful my prediction of £8 come feb results doesn't come to fruition - one time I'll be very thankful to be wrong.

We have till April to see in this "long term off take" works. I hope for you and I it does, but my gut tells me they are currently folding up documents right now.

I totally disagree, and I feel PREM will not even be bought out - I feel they will soon be in debt of AIM requirements and will be non trading.

Another AIM share given time to get their books in order that will never happen.

Nobody is saying any of that Yoglet, just sensible debate for us all to share what is good for all of us. PREM is in dire straits, and to suggest otherwise is foolish based on current trends. Having watched PREM and KOD 'combat' each other on these forums from 2020, KOD is the obvious winner due to now mining and off-take for 4/5 years almost guaranteed. The KOD SP should not diminish based on simple economic facts.

PREM have failed to mine, have failed to get off-take (obviously) and are now in debt to a degree that they cannot pay their way.

If, and it's a big if, PREM get to the stance KOD are now at then it all changes - but can PREM last that long?

Initial purchase was 0.09 actually Potatohead (2020), but I've added a lot more since, all the way up to my main purchase which was at 0.35.

But yes, grossly undervalued as you say.

Is it April the 1st already? I own Prem shares, for my woes, but I fully admit they are dead in the water at the moment.

They haven't the backing KOD had pre drill. They are crying for money due to debt.

Happy to hold for long term gain, but to say "they are doing fine" is not the case. Realism is essential for decent investments.

No offence JB28, but how do you see that working? Hainan own 14.49% of KOD PLC (not KMUK - as you know, they own 51% of that).

So for KMUK to go public, how does that benefit KOD PLC (who they own a part of, see above).

To be crystal clear, my holding is a mere 5m shares, I know many on here are a lot greater (retail investors).

Let's be clear that a million share sell is roughly £4000? If I'd bought KOD at below 0.30p as a retail investor within my ISA, I'd probably opt for a quick gain if I didn't know the potential and was out for a quick fix.

The SP is low due to no new accounts being filed since the take-off actually happened. Serious investors will be waiting for the balance sheet to decide wither to invest or not.

A mere million shares here or there isn't anything worry about.

That would show true confidence from the BOD. OK, not always a nice move initially for the SP but usually gains thereafter for a more solid upward trend.
