Good post - clear sentiment, personally if we get another suspension I am re-contacting the FCA as I believe this would constitute share manipulation..

"depending on AMAPA to land first" --- as another poster has pointed out it has been nearly 2 years since the initial deal was announced ! Those of you who love KM, I love the way he is able to keep the punters on the merry-go-round, I respect the person that has sold down due to the open-ended delay we have here. In an AIM company, especially this one that does not turn revenue the longer this sort of thing goes on, the more likely they are to raise cash to pay school fees by their usual means !

degsie - so after 11+ years of reading and posting on share BB's its finally true -- they are only meant for positivity and ramping of shares and nothing else ! I read all of the constant babble here every day and don't usually now bother posting - but your post was a bit like a magnet to my eye, you've finally cleared something up for me !

Good theory, but I think the BOD are on some sort of incentive to do this deal as I have said, but I still hope you are right ! I have a small position in ZNWD at circa 20p --- very happy with this...

Fozdog - I am confused by your post ??? Are you saying you cant wait for the 67.5p deal and are frustrated by the delay ?

After a career in a senior sales role I was always reminded that it is cheaper to keep a contract than to set up a new one. A sentiment which was so often forgotten in many of the companies I worked for, and thats the case here. But why the drop on good news again ??????? Whats it going to take to get the love felt again here ?

The time to worry is when an AIM CEO owns no stock - like the CEO of UKOG !

The only reason I'm still here is the thought that we may be able to overturn this ridiculous deal. It a bit personal in the respect that the company I part-own is trying to stiff me ! A bit like being about to exchange contracts on a house and the estate agent selling it to someone else for 80% of what you were going to pay -- wouldnt you be suspicious of fraud on such an event ?

I'm not a ramper of any share, but I wish I'd bought more of this ! It is a quiet studious share that just sits there are gradually build to its true value with no hype fuss or drama !

Lenigas had the nerve to say a couple of years ago words to the effect that AIM was manipulated ! His strategy was always to hype, pump and dump before the unsuspecting PI's can also bail...

KK - 1000% true ! Gatwick gusher etc etc and then parachuted in some of his Lieutenants - eg Donald Strang and Kiran Morzaria all Lenigas style activities. I was in UKOG a few years ago and sold at a small loss - I'm a big enough guy to admit it !

I did make FCA aware of the original situation re - the BOD trying to push what was clearly a poor deal for the shareholders, and yes I agree that we should perhaps tell them of this activity also.

Can I suggest that whenever you get depressed/hacked off with CASP - have a look over at the UKOG board and you will instantly be rejuvenated ! It makes CASP seem like a shining pillar of excellence by comparison. I think CASP may recover now but UKOG is just an executive job creation scheme !
