Definitely not anyone having a legal claim like this over any company pre-sale would still have such rights post sales unless otherwise negotiated.

BB - I have to say on this occasion I will concede it seems you are right about Afghanistan, there are several other articles knocking around about large Lithium resources there. Trouble is how do you get at it as a non-muslim western company ? When the country is now controlled by some of the most violent and cruel people on the planet.

This begs the question, given the normal MO of the US, why were they so keen to pull out of Afghanistan ? I believe that given a different strategy we could have sorted out the Taliban once and for all, but that would have required 'total war' which the Taliban were up for but not the Western forces it seems.

This is an interesting turn and it could 'save' us from the predatory chinese. But given the behaviour of the BOD in the last couple of months, it would be appropriate that at the very least Secker was replaced...
