Same here, I see no great reason whatever happens to sell now. (Unless you have an illegal insider tip on another share that will go up 200% by the end of this week).

There is no logical reason why the share freebies should project any negativity, all that is happening is the shares are just being transferred into new ownership, no placing, no bargain basement share offers etc etc. If anything lowering the risk of a Ganfeng hostile takeover is a positive !

Unless I'm missing something though doesnt the SP have to be high for them to ultimately make their cash ? Or are they doing something to clever for me to understand.

Agree with most of this, and as I said in a previous post I have read the last report on remuneration and yes there was nothing extraordinary in there. I am just super-curious as to why this deal have been so sold to us when I cant see much in the way of benefits to anybody outside of Ganfeng. Nobody in this life least of all an AIM C - level exec does something for no reason.

Been a good day, now I am only 55% down so I guess on AIM 55% isnt too much to recoup !

When a formal offer doc does emerge does anyone think the Bod's inducements will be documented ?

I think we have a situation at the moment where the media and large corporates bang on about greeness and renewables etc. But I think we are going to reach a stage where governments will be under so much pressure re-climate change that drastic measures/rules will be brought in. Up till now we have been duped about renewables and a few electric car chargers have been installed etc, together with the car industry's 'lukewarmness' over selling EV's. but soon everyone will have to up the anti for real on renewables and its associated tech.

What annoys me about all of this is that Secker and his cronies will probably continue to work in C level positions with impunity and no one really questioning the disastrous piece of business they have done here.

I dont remember agreeing with a BB post as much as I agree with this one from Strangerstill - I just dont understand why no one from the US or UK government seems concerned about control of strategic resources ?!

Geordie - Based on your post its clear you dont understand the valuation of companies. Just because the share price was depressed and returned to a notional price it was some time ago doesnt mean its a good deal. Have a look at the BCN resource NPV plus the $100M+ cash on hand, and then tell me 67.5p is a good deal....

MikeB - You make it sound as though these posters are running the company. Perhaps it would be good if they were. But in my humble opinion the SP would still be where its is now. I dont subscribe to the theory anymore that these boards amnipulate the share price for the most part - sorry but thats just my opinion.

Dee - You work has been excellent here, and yet again you have some very good points. From my previous posts it does seem there is a whole plethora of murky topics that need answers to them. There is something going on here that we may never be privvy to. I personally dont think the BoD is scared of Ganfeng, but I do think that Ganfeng has promised to provide some form of incentive, as it is the only logical conclusion as to why they are so ecstatic about accepting the offer. And yes although highly unlikely it would be nice to have an answer to Q19 but I have had no response to any comms I have put to BCN via the info address - there distain for us PI's seems to know no bounds !

Cant agree more when it comes to Dee over on BCN -- however for me the jury is out on whether a lot of the 'so called' research we have seen over the years has a great deal of value here. If research=SP success we would be sitting at £100 per share.

I have read thru the last remuneration statement and as AIM rules say options will be vested in the case of a takeover, I still dont see riches beyond avarice for the BoD. Therefore unless a sexy severance agreement is announced - I'm at a loss as to why they are doing this other than boredom.

Geordie - Your post make little sense ! Yes assuming everyone bought at 12p it would be a great deal but thats not reality. Yes we are peaved that this is being sod off for a tiny fraction of the value when near or at production. And regarding the BCN BoD becoming rich, I have tried to research this a bit and thus far I cant find why they are so keen to do this, unless, as I have said before there are things about the deal that we dont know about. If you know how they will be made rich by doing this please share the info with us ? Secker has some options but not what I would call mega money, and as far as I know has bought few or none of these shares. With hindsight this was a reason to get out of this share previously....

Wouldnt hold your breath on this the CEO of KDNC is from a very similar and bad school of business as Secker !

I.ve spent the last 1/2 hour perusing the last remuneration report to see if anything jumps out as to why they are so keen on this in the first place but, unless they've cooked something up more recently that we dont know about, cant really see a particular incentive in there. If Ganfeng have agreed to take them on post-takeover maybe their promised packages are 'very good' . As far as I am aware Secker never bought many shares I think. The only other reason was they were just bored with looking at the share price !

I am in Bacanora and yes it is a very unfortunate situation. Unlike this I will be about 30-35% up on the BCN deal but it should have been much higher. IMO they deliberately suppressed the BCN SP and then made an offer on a depressed SP. If this happened here we could see someone come along and offer 2p which of course is unacceptable but there may be nothing we could do. And yet 10+ years is far too long to get an ROI...

The less Ganfeng own the better as far as I'm concerned looking at what has happened in BCN ! Although I am unfairly assuming the ZNWD BoD are useless like the BCN BoD !

You gotta know how to keep your saw chain sharp -- bit of a faff really !
