BB - We wouldnt be demonizing the BOD if they weren't making all of the noises of trying to screw us. I have seen other hostile offers for other shares recently (an before you ask WTG) and the board here wasted no time politely recommending that the offer was inadequate, but our board wet their pants over a rubbish offer !

Very true Ganfeng are playing a brilliant game in BCN, assuming the BOD arent being 'incentivised' in some way we dont know about to accept the rubbish deal they are proposing. And the fact that they get a huge chunk of this is like buying a £30K car for £10K and finding a briefcase full of cash in the passenger floorwell !

Dee - there hasnt been much evidence thus far of embarrassment by the BOD on the deal so far, I cant see this would make much difference unless you are saying that the II's might be more unhappy ?

I have a bunch of these at 36p and have traded it before and it does seem that as soon as 50p is in the windscreen a magical auto-braking system kicks in. This is worth most of £1 any day of the week really...
