It would help BCN shareholders because they would get 67.5p per share plus the value of the ZNWD stake. Someone on the BCN BB suggested that Secker may try this approach due to the backlash surrounding the 67.5p bid.

I never said Ganfeng werent smart - they are dangerously smart. There is a theory - probably not a very good theory, that to get the deal over the line the ZNWD vaue would be handed back to shareholders, ie ZNWD sold off separately by BCN pre-deal. This would make the current 67.5p seem a bit more palatable.

I agree with this, the likes of Ganfeng can move fast when it suits them..

Malik - this is a distortion of the facts ! Ganfeng are hoping to pay a 55% uplift on a very depressed share price in the case of BCN which in many peoples opinion has been deliberately manipulated downwards with a placing amongst other things. I WISH Ganfeng were paying 55% of a realistic share price. Ganfeng are cleverly taking advantage of a weak or even possibly corrupt board at BCN !

Dee - funny how a major BB post follows your input - this must have some meaning ! He is now eluding that you/we are possibly doing share manipulation by co-ordinating on the deal vote. To me thats like saying the political parties are manipulating the people by canvassing. _ Keep doing what you are doing mate we need to stop the BCN board pension fund activity !

BB - I (and probably many other posters) dont give a toss what deals were done with other companies, I still say as the share price here was supressed, and should have been where it is now, so a reasonable price would have been more like 90p. Its a clever de-ramping strategy for you and Malik to tell us this to quosh opposition but sadly transparent !

I cant see KDNC as a takeover target wholesale, I just see more bits getting sold off for hard cash. Having seen what Peter Secker is doing, nothing an AIM CEO does would surprise me !

I dont disagree with the sell part, its just the sell price thats the important bit !

You are probably right. But so far every Li stock I have been in has been a disapointment barring EMH which I was in very early at 18p ish. BCN looks as though its being taken over for peanuts with the blessing of the BOD and yes this should be much higher given its position and latest acquisition. I only have a small holding here but I do get the sentiment.
