My thoughts exactly which Is why I wrote to FCA, who have replied saying they will look at it. My views to the FCA is that the board seem to be working heavily against shareholders and determined to sell the company off for at best 50% of the conservative value. The only conclusion i/we could draw to is that there is some form of incentive that is being kept quiet that we dont know about. I get that some board members may want a nice lump sum to retire but we are not their retirement fund !

I only have a tiny remaining holding here so for me this is a bottom draw "what will be will be" share for me.

Actually clever clogs Evan3020 I have a fair holding in ZPHR and HAVE made money, but people like you are too thick to accept that share BB's are for more than just hoorah etc etc ! And as for EUA I dont even know what this share is, so you need to wind your neck right in, I probably have a greater net-worth than someone like you can imagine !

Just cant understand the hatred for this share by the market, compared to a lot of stocks this is buoyant as a company with a solid order book ---why !!!

tom - sorry if I said something that is negative to what your confirmation bias says ! Sound energy had HUGE ideals and NPVs and strategy if you think you were too intelligent not to be taken in by this then think again, I know people (not me) that had huge holdings in the promises of SOU and look what happened. Just listened to DeeP on Traders Cafe - He made a very good account of the situation highlighting the parts that none of us understand too.

IMO refusing to discuss a potential offer is tantamount to disgusting bordering on corrupt !
