Firstly people screw up and you cant compare 1 share with another. Just look at Neil Woodford for example, 100's of people worshiped at his altar said he could do no wrong said he had made millions and preserved peoples capital during the dot com bust. But look what happened. I want this to succeed as I am not accustomed to chucking £10K in the dustbin but I have to add some balance to blind faith .. And also I dont see where you get the 12 months to get the RTO figure ???

I could afford to lose £70k which roughly equated to 7m shares but the level of risk would not support this, I have around this sum in several other investments but none as unknown a risk as this.

This does require nerves of steel as it is totally binary. I have around 700k shares thats enough for a punt like this. When I hear of people putting huge chunks of cash into similar shares as this, I think 'gamblers anonymous' !!

Totally correct IFONLY - and as you mention REM now KDNC after all these years it has delivered a stonking growth in the last years after years of faffing around by the board. Getting back on topic, it is my view on all BB's when people are getting nervous about the prospects of a share arguments, some nasty do break out ! See the UKOG BB for good examples of this !

Dee - again great work point 2 being key for me - the language used in the RNS and the attitude of the board. The more you look at this the more ridiculous it looks especially given your comment on the the net cash position !!
It seems the market thinks one of 2 things here given the upward creep of the SP, either this is going to happen or it will happen at a higher price. For me if this happens at 67.5p I will have wasted 6+ years of being in this share and should have just put the money in one of Terry Smiths funds instead of taking the risk of AIM...

thompson- I think the Cornwall project is too small potatoes for them and in my opinion (I live in the west country) more of a vanity project than anything else..
