So all the tech new-starts listed on NASDAQ had a solid management structure and a track record -- Yeah right !

The lions share of my investment portfolio is OEICs. I have been analysing and picking them for 13 years, and one thing I can say is that I have never held an M&G fund, and every time I look at what to buy in a sector, their stuff is almost always at the bottom of the list. In fact the fund that owns BCN IMO come into the 'pile of poo' list !

BB - Thats the biggest pile of rubbish I have ever heard - look at some of the basket-case tech companies that have been on NASDAQ !

Good theory, how would that work ? If all the BCN shares become property of Ganfeng, who would the ZNWD value go to ?

Hope you are right, I wish you all well here, but am an angry man relating to the BCN debacle ! And secker is a director at Zinn also !

Not me I pilled in some extra cash to BCN a while ago as insurance in case this crazy deal goes ahead (at least I make 20%). ZNWD have done a brilliant deal which further surprises me given that they must know they have the sword of Damocles hanging over them if Ganfeng get their way !

I am utterly convinced that the whole BOD are on a massive sweetener to get this across the line, THERE CAN BE NO OTHER EXPLANATION ! Given how cheaply Ganfeng stand to acquire this for they could afford to be very generous to get what they want, and YES I think our and other governments are pathetic to allow this to happen.

The ZNWD deal is a good one but if our 'deal' goes ahead it just means Ganfeng get wildly more for their pittance !
Bit like ordering a BMW 316 base model at a huge discount to list price and then having a BMW M5 delivered to your door !

And if they do, look at the cheap creeping takeover move they are trying to do on BCN, so I wouldnt set my sights too high on upside !

I am not a ZNWD shareholder but I say dont get too excited as if the BCN buyout goes ahead, Ganfeng get nearlyhalf of this for pocket change !!

Fozdog - This was a given on day 1 of this debacle. It is well known in the commodities market that the Chinese are doing this --- especially in Africa. But they are smart and dont like to just throw money at things -- like the Americans might..

Annual rate of return implies an annual income you are just talking about a one off gain over 12 months which is a different matter - again a distorted fact...

So it just goes to show BB is very good at stating facts that are so close to fiction yet very credible ! He makes it sound like a dividend ! But he just wants a trouble-free flip poor devil, I'm all choked up for him now !
