IT is very clear that a lot of posters have parachuted onto this board with the agenda that suits them ie get the deal done and bag a quick 20% profit - I/we tend to be annoyed by this -- simple. Its one thing having a different opinion but another to constantly post disruptive and agenda-ridden posts like BorderBob where was he a few moths ago ? I dont filter anyone ever.

Puzzletree - I dont like your tone frankly its obvious your agenda is to get this over the line and bag a nice trading profit, but if you cant appreciate other peoples stance and situation that your issue. This was supposed to be an INVESTMENT we INVESTED in this to make the project happen. But our board were corrupt/incompetent enough to sell it all at a car boot sale and be happy doing it. Well FCA are monitoring this activity and as I said previously - barring brown paper envelopes we should be told what the package to directors will be !

Fact is the BOD of BCN have been completely outmanoeuvred by the chinese company Ganfeng !

Its funny how the board always seem to be 'pleased' that they have been played like muppets by Ganfeng - talk about being outsmarted ! I dont know how they can get over this psychologically ! I wonder if Peter Secker knows Dido Harding in the UK she is good at failing and losing cash !

It is very clear to many, and Dee has asked -- what are you getting for facilitating this ridiculous takeover - that is the basis on which I contacted the FCA. This stinks to high heaven of the board riding off into the sunset with a pile of swag. Surely they would have to declare their 'incentives' before such an offer became formal ??

I dont think this is a particularly accurate statement now, the family that once owned most of BCN are long gone, have a look at the investor list and you will see. There was a case going on about the orr-ewing families entitlement to shares in a will etc, but this is in the past now. Fact is its likely that the board have some form of incentive that we dont yet know about...

I contacted the FCA about the circumstances surrounding this debacle and they have contacted me to say that they are monitoring the situation - no rules have been broken yet but it is on their Radar...

I have half the shares in this that I do in BCN simply because I thought BCN was hotter bigger and sexier than this, how wrong was I given what the BOD of BCN are trying to do with the Chinese over there !!!! Ok EMH was slightly screwed by Babis and his pals, but BCN are having a fire sale for no reason at all !
