"Piedmont is up 150% for the year." -- we can all read charts !!!! This could have outstripped this performance id managed correctly, we are in BCN and not Piedmont ! What other shares would you like to tell us about ?

I read a lot of BB's and I have the view that no-one is going to give out free 'real' insider investment data - why would they ? To be breaking the law and all for people they dont even know. BB's have to be treated as sources of theory, opinions and of course discussion.

BTW I have also written to FCA about this. I dont think they have broken any rules yet but I am reporting it as suspicious behaviour...

I have already commited to this when Dee was collecting holding numbers.
As I said in a post the other day - which seems to have disappeared ???? I have added some shares as an insurance policy, ie if the Ganfeng offer does happen (god forbid) I will have a 20% upside on my new shares as well as others which I hold, but if it doesnt there will be more upside as Ganfeng will have set the bargain basement low for the company value...

I have never filtered anyone in 10 years, but I am getting close to it with U know who !

Shares like this in a 'no mans land' of information are played with by the MM's like a cat with a ping pong ball to try and stimulate volume.

Why would we be interested in anything Lenigas tweets - you clearly dont know the history of this share !

Borderbob - You are so very very wrong ! Lets analyze the facts. You have never posted before the Ganfeng offer situation and you bounce onto the board with constant posts telling use in a subtle or less than subtle way that we should take our 67.5p and walk. You have had your say okay this is a bad company and a bad investment in your opinion. But you couldnt stop there you have to go on and on about it which eventually is going to get you abused. A huge question I have to as is WHY DO YOU CARE ? WHY DO YOU WANT TO SAVE US ? DO YOU LOVE US SO MUCH YOU WANT TO PROTECT US ?

Fortitude I know you are a glass half very full guy but Ironveld is not a good share to tout as being a shinning bastion of excellence !

If I was buying anything I would want it cheap ! So Ganfeng are only doing what a good chinese businessman would do, its the stupid BOD I have issue with, they are selling my £30k car for £5K !

Chinese regulators will approve any deal that is hugely beneficial to PRC -- China is not the 'real' world, chinese companies do what they are told by Bejing !

dan - Yes as I have said about a billion times, he is cosying up to Ganfeng and helping them screw us in any way possible, I can only guess that they are on a completion bonus and possibly guaranteed jobs at the end of it. Just in case anyone thinks this is libelous, this is just my opinion and I would welcome anyone from BCN to counter this theory !

Just thought of another question, 'why did the BOD agree to an extension on the offer'?

How about, more simply, WHY cant BCN answer questions about the proposed offer ?
