No doubt about it this guy is a paid poster. He fits the profile of a poster who crop up from nowhere with posts that appear well researched and with a lot of unverifiable data along with some compelling and subtle local knowledge. I cant see why anyone would post on a board this long with this much care without a huge agenda. Why didnt he just make his point and leave. Bob bounced onto the board and pitched himself as our saviour - he is far from this and in my opinion one of the bottom feeders that infest so many of these BB's.

I suggest this is a mere fantasy story !

Good thing I would say - but too late also. His regime were the ones that forced EMH to go into a partnership controlled by the govt in the first place, otherwise we could have realised even more value than we are. So on balance its good to see the back of Babis but I dont think it will make much difference.

We cannot not have the ability to vote on a firm offer surely in stockmarket rules...

I dont think there will be many if any true large PI's that would be happy with the impending situation we have and would not be looking at some of the media on this share...

Dutton - you bounced in and after 5 minutes you are an expert. We can control what happens here if we all work together. It IS useful IMO to constantly let the BOD know how unhappy the shareholders are here. I'm sorry if this doesnt fit in with your quick buck strategy but I'm not going to lose sleep about it !!

I see BCN as a two way thing right now, the share price hasn't gone to 67p because the offer is not firm, however although low brow, the offer did boost the SP from where it was in the 40's as Ganfeng had assigned a finite value to the company. The offer may be rejected (although Secker seems to like it) in which case the offer may be increased. Alternatively if the rejected Ganfeng may choose to go into awkward mode and it may end even worse for us !

This is an exert from a half-yearly report from another share I own " the Board has decided that the optimal outcome for shareholders" --- wouldn't it be nice if the BCN Board thought this way !!

A post from BCN which is the exact opposite to what we are interested in -- dont care if they have moved a bit of vegetation --- DO care if they are going to sell our company for a pittance !

As I have said before, I am a VLTH of this share and whilst 67.5p gives me a modest profit, why on earth would anyone invest in a share like this over this sort of time period to get say 35-40% upside !!!!
The RNS this morning is more secker drivel, why do we care if some digging has been done when they are at the cusp of pulling the rug from us !
I really believe now that this useless board are looking to take a wedge and trott off into the sunset having urinated on us all !

CC - I looked at his facebook page and I too got the impression that he was a family man but a zealot concerning this. It is still not much of an excuse in my book, even given I am half Polish and FK is/was Polish ! Anyone who is 'all in' on ANY AIM share need counselling !
