A tactic to get the SP up ??!! its done this alright, trouble is a) SP pegged below 67p b) not a particularly attractive punt due to a) and also due to the consensus of a creeping takeover c) If Ganfeng don't go ahead or don't get approval (the latter is unlikely) the SP will tank again until they either start moving towards production or a mystery buyer comes out of the woodwork to make Ganfeng a minority holder (also looks unlikely).

I believe that the reason the KDNC crew got hold of this oppty in the first place was because other larger (and smarter) mining businessmen knew they would be tied up for a very long time both with the chaos of the Brazilian courts and the diversity of the debtor arguments. If this had been a slam dunk KM would never have seen a whiff of Amapa !

I too find this a tad unbelievable ! £2 a share after 100:1 consolidation would net me almost the same as the rest of my ENTIRE investment portfolio --- nice but not likely !

Its maddening though that the company has gone radio-silent on any form of comms, they have not even acknowledged any of the e-mails I have sent in which were mostly polite, they are on a mission and will only be thwarted by some brute force tactics.

Also we have several large holders with upper 6 figure investments, I dont think they will be expecting to lose cash with huge dillution either. Yes again I wish I had waited slightly longer to get into this but on balance my ave is only 35% down on close price so I'm not worried. To listen to some on here its as though they expected a RTO of Vodafone !!

I would say its possible there's a mix. The 737-300's are pretty old so they may be owned..

I think this is a great move, regional airlines will blossom again soon, and yes its a hit for current shareholders, but this shows the value in the RTO IMO. I would like to know if the aircraft assets are leased or owned - I would suspect leased if they are fairly new.
