Absolutely, the 30% rule is used so often in the markets to try and acquire companies for a cheeky low price, thats how money flows from the innocent to the sharks.

Im in EMH and its great ! But I always thought this would walk all over EMH especially after the CEZ/Babis thing - how wrong I was !

I do have a small position in this as well as BCN and a very profitable EMH. I think just by the way it behaves this is a good little share. If I may say so bailing out of BCN now makes no sense to me really. My point here is 100's of share BB's are full of amateur auditors doing valuations and virtually none of it is helpful --- especially the ones on KDNC which has the worst spreadsheet merchants of all. In an early stage AIM company valuations are mostly what the market sentiment thinks.

I agree that with a defeated bid the SP will significantly retrace, but assuming we havent been lied to for 8 years, and assuming one of the worlds largest Li resources has some value we should get what we all want soon ie £1+ . I too dislike the way that this takeover offer has taken control of the share price and if it gets extended further I will contact FCA again.

BB - what would these BBs be like if everyone posted everything about every share they know about - chaos ! I have made 20% on another Lithium share in the last few weeks myself. But in fact all you want to do is discredit every little chink of this share for your paymaster reasons. I grant you can be subtle with your constant whittling down strategy, but then the symptoms of Chlamydia can also be subtle . I have never filtered a poster in 11 years of LSE but you are the closest I have ever come to doing so.

I had a dabble in serco recently, made a tiny profit but bailed - serco has to much baggage/skeletons for my liking and there is too much post covid stuff that IMO will come back to bite them. CPI is a 'cleaner' company and should now fly past 50p

Dont understand why you would do this ? The SP is pegged at 67.5p minimum so a 16% minimum upside if the deal goes ahead (worse case scenario) if not the share could be higher. But your choice so good luck with your next share.
