I can assure yiu they are not. No work can start, even in the roads without a permit, I really wish repairs had started. Over 1000km of road needs repairing with drainage ditches on both sides. The good news is the road is only 12ft wide and not all the road is pertaining to site.

I am invested here but for balance have to say drilling will not happen in September, the preparatory work may well start but the first thing that needs to be done is repairing the road and airport to allow eqpt to site. S H the substance is a drill with 2 possible Off - Takers already lined up. Until permit drops and then boots on the ground this is a day traders dream, at the moment, and I don't have an issue with that if that is how people make their money. For those that buy now and choose to hold then the gains will be many multiples of what can be achieved by daily fluctuations in the sp.

A H was not only not charged with anything he received approx £60k 'damages' as he was deemed the wronged party, how about printing that. He was put under the microscope and absolutely no charges were found. This all 8 years ago.

Legal, everything has been submitted as you correctly state, therefore it is all on track, nothing left for Gex / AH to do other than wait for Demirs / Dempe to grant the issue of the permit. We all know that is out of the control of A H and is not a failing on his behalf. If it usually takes 10 days on average then that is why he stated it, if it's taking longer then rhe reason is with Dempe. If the permit issue was down to A H then absolutely he has misled, but guess what it's not so we sit and wait.

Pity the doom mongering herd did not attend the AGM, it was made absolutely clear that Hussar will be given priority in terms of timeline. I suggest any future attempts from twitter / reddit / advfn posts be taken with a pinch of salt.

All lth's or even short term genuine investors just cast your mind back a month ago when the sp rose 30% in a day, it all went quiet from hidden agenda crew with some even having to swallow a taste of their own medicine and admit, albeit grudgingly, that it had potential after all.

They will be gone soon and move on to another share with huge start up potential that will be worth trolling to day trade.

Hi Pompey, nobody said the dividends were imminent and that word was added by the de-rampers to then refute it in posts afterwards, so they add their words to incite which allows them to re-buff as though others have stated them, pretty sad but I remember how they all disappeared 3 weeks or so ago when the sp rose due to the permit update rns only to come crawling back a few days later.

The same will happen again and I suspect they will disappear for good, moving on to troll another share.

Legal, I have not disappeared the AGM was only Wednesday for God's sake! I took the time to attend unlike all the naysayers here so I know what was said, not one of you do. There was an awful lot more discussed which I have not divulged, I am very happy with the future of this company, if you guys are not so be it.
