SL I hold 1.3m and am looking to get to 2m on lifting of the suspension. That will do me, my other main share I am invested in has gone up 100% over the last week and will go mental on expected news in the next few weeks so I am a happy bunny at the moment.

SL we are obviously looking for Helium but the Nat Gas alone is worth £5bn+ so we are pretty de-risked mate, imagine if we get 8% - 11% helium concentration. The sp will go up in a straight line on news of Tier1 signed deals / partnerships.

SL, as we have stated before there is only 1 reason to bash a share whilst in suspension and that is to try to affect the sp from rising on return to trading so that it can be bought in to. If they had no interest in Gex, particularly whilst suspended, they would not be here. They want in mate, simple as that.

If a raise happens it will be further down the line when the sp is multiples of where we are now so minimal dilution volume wise. There are many reasons to raise and most small cap companies dilute to 'keep the lights on' or to 'continue paying staff wages' and yes a 'lifestyle company' is another way of putting it. However, there can be no better reason to raise if it progresses a company, particularly one which has a tiny amount of shares in issue, as we do, to receiving a revenue stream and a permanent income. In these instances I am all for it and have seen just how beneficial it be for a company if done for the right reasons.

We have just 1/10th of a billion shares in issue which is unheard of for a company close to unlocking potential assets circa £110bn. Once the drill has been completed, and yes it has to be successful in hitting helium or at the very least Nat Gas, then it's a game changer for evreyone invested here.

Tier 1 Companies have been approached and are keen to partner I repeat Tier 1, we have also been informed recently that there are now talks with further Tier 1 companies who are additional to the original interested parties.

If a raise pushes us over the line to giving us a Unicorn status then I happily say 'full steam ahead'. Gex sp will be north of £1, and then some, when helium / nat gas is being taken at the well-head.

Excellent news and it was in June albeit the 11th hour. A H has to apply for the suspension to be lifted as he has stated, just like he had to apply for suspension in advance of the end of year results when he was informed by the auditors they were not going to make the deadline. We can now start moving forward and A H recognised the shareholders frustration.

SL unlikely it will go to the last day by choice so I expect the auditors have led A Hamilton a little bit of a dance and probably told him 'don't worry it will be ready by end of June blah blah...'

It is frustrating as everything else appears to be ready to go, we know we are good with the Permit and Demirs, the rig has been sourced & on standby, the BOP bought, roads look intact from recent videos etc.

It is easy to get bogged down with current situation but for me the accounts are a formality, as annoying as it is, and will be published irrespective, so my main aim is to focus on looking ahead to hearing the news that within day 50 or so of the drill spud that Gex have encountered helium that flows and in high concentrations (8% - 10% by volume). Knowing we have Tier1 companies ready & waiting to offtake just imagine, seriously, what that will do to the sp of a company currently with a MarCap of circa £8m with 'proven assets' of £55bn+.

That is what helps me get through this period of frustration, the bigger picture.

It's a bizarre comment because it's not money stopping it coming out of suspension, you could have £10bn in the bank and you will still be suspended due to accounts not being audited in time. As for dividends I was quoting A Hamilton & Mark Wallace's intentions from a podcast. The suspension will soon be history, as I suspect will you on this board, enjoy it while you can.

That is one of the most bizarre posts I have seen in quite some time, how do the accounts need a rise to come out of suspension, it doesn't make any sense? The accounts being published will end the suspension, that's it, no raise is required unless you can tell me where the money is needed or what bit will be spent on. Bizarre.

A Hamilton has always stated he wants to go to production and be a top 3 Global Helium player and that he is not interested in making a quick buck, he actually stated that in a podcast a while ago. Seeing as he and Mark Wallace put in £2.5m between them it is safe to say that they are already financially accomplished for a very comfortable retirement when that comes, it would have been 'spare cash' in as much that neither of them had to sell their homes etc to raise the £2.5m.

Of course everyone wants to make more money and i was surprised and pleased that in one of the very first interviews both A Hamilton & M Wallace talked about Dividends, that is unusual to be included in a conversation at such an early stage of a company that has basically not even started up. So my point is that share holders, incl the BOD, will make big profits from Dividends annually whilst not having to sell a single share, you can have your cake and eat it per se.

As for the value of the Dividends, if the sp on production and revenue income is north of £1 ( should be several ££'s imo) then expect 10p+ for evry share you hold. A Dividend every year or even twice yearly in some cases would fund any retirement. Just holding 1m shares could see £100k a year. There could even be a one-off Special Dividend to reward and retain LTH and seeing as AH & MW hold a lot of shares the incentive is there for them to do so / benefit also.

It would appear that it will be next week and may well break in to July, that said we all know it is due at any moment so even if it runs over it will be a matter of days and important not to stress but to focus on the sheer volume of updates that will kick off in very close succession, once suspension is lifted, and we resume trading.

Whilst it is difficult to call what the sp will be on all the news and a successful drill will helium that flows one thing is for certain it will be multiples of where we are now irrespective of whether you are on the ramp / de-ramp fence.

I see your point SL, it was stated that one of the reasons for the initial over-run on the accounts was in part due to the RTO which included both companies accounts making it more involved and complicated, and not just Gex, which as you say has practically a blank spreadsheet. Personally, I think the auditors left it last minute thinking it will be a formality and for want of a better word 'got caught out'.

Not a good look but hopefully water under the bridge is now making way for light at the end of the tunnel.

Unfortunately waiting for news seems even worse if an expected date is given, almost akin to a 'watched pot never boils'. As with Demirs A Hamilton does not have a lot of control with the end of year accounts other than applying verbal pressure to the auditors, who will be accustomed to that from clients in general. It is possible that they could take a little longer but we shouldn't be talking much significance.

I'm trying to work out an expected timeline for drilling with what remains to be done before spud. Even if it takes to the 1st week of July in getting accounts done and suspension lifted I think permit approval will be completed also. So it just leaves rig & equipment to drill site, which has already been pre-ordered, and this would probably take out the rest of July (3-4 weeks).

Assuming the roads and airport has been repaired and considering how long they have had to do that it should now be finished, I therefore think it is not unreasonable to expect spud early Aug with the 50 day drill duration meaning news of whether we have hit the jackpot end of September.

Really don't think there will be too much work needed at the well-head and a stronger than required BOP has also been purchased.

It could be argued I am being overly optimistic but A Hamilton is probably as frustrated as we all are and will want to hit the ground running once 'Admin' as opposed to 'work in the field' has been done where he will have more direct control and input.

Good morning Pompey, yes any time now really. Whether it will just be the financial end of year results or have news also of the permit approval is another matter. Irrespective, once A Hamilton has the permit to drill do you remember a timeline to 'spud'? Was it a couple of weeks to have boots on the ground and setting up of the rig? I know the actual drill will be approx 50 days once it starts turning but can't remember the timeline from permit to spud.

It was his first question and took him by surprise as it was very direct hence his slight amusement but he stated 'After Summer' so I am not putting a negative slant on this but just taking what was said by FG. He will know more than anyone here and no need to try and promote this that it will be anytime. KoolKat's post at 14:34 is actually well balanced and pretty much spot on.

We have waited 4 years on little news and now have the most positive rns I think we have ever had and commerciality looks as certain as it can be but not until 10 weeks or so. Add if you can, if you can't sit on hands. It's not that long in the bigger picture.

A few investors will not want to wait 10 weeks or so for financial news and therefore sell up for quicker gains elsewhere, even if not huge, and then return closer to the time. If you are invested here then just sit on hands until Sep - Oct.

I assume summer months being June, July, August therefore realistically early September to announce the financial returns that we may expect. Just 2 mths or so.

My point being we are 'there' with the approval but until it's signed off we can't act on it as per boots on the ground etc.
