MAB that was my point this morning about not worrying about the free float, even with the full consideration taken in to account a potential £100bn asset will steam roller over the tiny amount of shares.

There's always a market mate, even when GGP was going through the roof there are always people prepared to sell for big profits, it's a nice problem to have but the market makers can set the sp at whatever they agree on what they assess the MarCap at.

All proof of how a low number of shares in issue is affected by small volume either way, just think when the Institutional Investors / Fund Managers come on board with buys of £50k - £100k and above.

Silverlight, you have called it correct mate, it's pretty obvious to LTH's, just focus on the exponential rise in sp that is coming our way.

I think the free float is just under 60m, I believe A Hamilton & M Wallace are tied in for 2 years or so and possibly other BOD but to be honest it doesn't really matter, currently we are under 100m shares in issue and when all are executed we will have a total consideration of 147m. HE1 have nearly 6 billion in issue (5.92bn) so for their shares to realise an sp of £1 they will have to have a Mar Cap of £5.92bn, we currently need a MarCap of £97m for an sp of £1.

For every 1 share in issue for GEX there are 60 shares in HE1, for every one! and HE1 still have a MarCap of £60m and our volumes of Helium blow theirs out of the water, if the drill proves it up.

So my point is I wouldn't worry about the free float because if we get helium that flows to the surface we are looking at an sp in the ££'s and for those who think this is ramping just stop for a second and think what a production / offtake deal with the likes of Santos , Woodside or Central Petroleum would do to the sp, either way not sure it will be 6p :¬)

Botham agree a lot of news some of which could drop anytime and I actually think MT Winter upgrade due to re-processing of 2D seismic data will be very close, A Hamilton did say by April so just a week or so. Hopefully an increase similar to the upgraded volumes of Hussar and it is not beyond the realms of fantasy that due to the 50km area increase in Hussar, prompting the need for EIS2, we could even see yet another Hussar volume upgrade.

We could also get before the end of the month the upgrade of resources for MT Winter with the re-processing of the 2D Seismic data. Not impossible with all the news that is due that we may get a meaty RNS at a rate of 1 a week right up to drilling.

Botham, just read the 1st line of my 08:41 post and it reads a bit dismissive to you which is totally not what I meant, apologies mate particularly after I requested if someone could put the broker note link on the board. I meant to say genuine holders are aware ( not were ) but it is important for new people to the board to see the potential with the content within it.

Oops sent before my actual point I wanted to make and that is just imagine what the unrisked sp will be (if the risked is £1.23) when we actually hit helium and have signed off taker contracts with Tier1's. If it does go to a Dutch Auction for the winning off taker we could see a decent price at the well-head much higher than the factored / expected $285. Dutch auctions are brutal, 1st person to bid wins, that's it, just a question of how low the price will drop at auction, from an extremely high starting bid, before someone is prepared to jump in to secure it. I say $300+.

Botham thanks for downloading the Broker Note, all existing shareholders were aware but is nice for new people to the board to see the possibilities.

The £1.23 per share is the risked valuation which is basically what we should be sat at now, not sure people have understood the total disconnect with the asset to the current sp. The guy at Oak securities went in to a lot of detail in the interview to state that the market were not aligned to the situation.

Investing Goals excellent post @ 09:38, the likelihood of a dutch auction will negate a lowball offer imo and always favours the 'seller' if the item for sale is in demand / a valuable asset to acquire. The £100bn+ helium will be in demand and I think we will get more than the $285 well-head offtake price quoted.

Can anyone post the link to Oak Securities Broker Note for newbies, it will give them and actually anyone reading this board of the potential, £17.85p a share quoted and best case scenario £321. I will settle for the lower figure, I'm not greedy :¬)

Signed contracts / deals with Tier1 Off Takers will give the sp a huge boost. The upgraded resource figures from the re-processed MT Winter seismic data could be next week.

Which is why people are sitting on their hands, the £100k buys will come from Institutional investors/ fund managers, who do not gamble with their clients money, and who will wait for more certainty such as drill results and Tier1 signed contracts. The current sp moves on just a few PI's trades, up or down,such is the beauty of extremely small shares in issue, but just imagine when the fund managers come on board with the £50k-£100k buys.The day traders will not affect the sp, at best if they are in they could top sluce or sell up for profit but either way they will then move on.

A-Bomb I find that when news is a few mths away and a share drifts that people are usually in and sat on their hands, buys are thin on the ground, until news hits for the wider market to come on board
