MAB as per my previous post in one of the recent podcasts, not the most recent one, A Hamilton does state that once Demirs gives Permit Approval it has to be signed off by a Government Minister ( probably the Trade Minister or equivalent) which is usually another 10 days or so. I suspect we will get an RNS when pen has been put to paper. Irrespective, not long now mate.

You've got to be in it to win it! And an awful lot of people locked out due to trading for a few £ daily, they could have made a few grand with a different outlook. Possible if they sit with their finger on the button at 8am on suspension lifted but it's highly likely mm's will set a higher sp on opening.

SL that's because he is 'locked out' with the suspension and does not want it to start trading an awful lot higher than it is now, which will most likely happen once the suspension is lifted. Ignore the idiot.

I could well be wrong but I remember, albeit loosely, A Hamilton stating that the permit to drill approval does, as we all know, go through all the stages with Demirs, which we can see has been approved and showing at the finalisation stage BUT once completed it is then put in front of the appropriate Government Minister who then 'signs it off' .

It is possible that it is sitting on a desk waiting for a signature and possibly why we have not had an rns.

As I say, I may have misinterpreted A Hamilton but I'm fairly sure it was something along those lines and he is probably waiting to get it back from the Ministry before informing the market.

SL, good post and the added beauty is we can fund other drills such as Mt Winter from revenue received, if Hussar is successful of course.

GL, it does happen mate, I was one of the fortunate ones who was heavily invested in GGP when it did a multiple bag of x 78.

GL77 Yes we do not know how long but I take one step at a time, imagine 2 scenario's, the first one we find Helium that flows and at a 9 - 10% concentration or second scenario the Helium is not there or does not flow to surface and at less than 1% concentration. Right now the best case scenario is a successful drill. I will take that all day every day because once you have found it you can't unfind it, we will be totally de-risked and in talks with Tier1 operators / producers. Then it will be worth the wait for the sp to make some normal every day investors very wealthy.

As from tomorrow morning we have already passed the halfway mark for June with the accounts to be completed and a lifting of the suspension, and that's if we go the full month which may not be the case. It does test peoples patience but we are reliably informed that things are moving in the background irrespective and the news rich period is all but upon us.

Likely that, at the very least, we will get Demirs permit news in addition to the accounts completed and submitted by the end of this month. Once that is done it should be a few short weeks to get the rig to site and boots on the ground ready for spud / re-entry.

That's how I interpreted it. It is also possible that the live demonstration of method A could have been multi-faceted in that the energy saving was demonstrated separately to a demonstration showing increased speed, and other areas also, hence the plural terminology.

Live not Love

I think when he refers to lab work he is talking about the last 3 years of R&D in getting to a final 'product' which can be presented to a potential client .i.e the end result of all the 'lab' work. The lab work in this RNS is demonstrating live mining to the Bitcoin Attendees, albeit from a lab.

We have a finished product which is now in the process of being demonstrated love ( from a lab) to attract customers.

Pompey people have the right to be disappointed. I wish we weren't late with the accounts but that's all it is. I think AH should give an interview on this matter to re-assure investors and the market that this is a legal requirement etc etc. and that all other matters continue as planned or words to that effect.

You think so? So are you saying then that you think Gex will not come back to trading after suspension? We have been told in advance and the reason why which has happened to many companies who resumed trading once the accounts were published.

Everything carries on in the background during suspension, everything incl permits, securing of rigs etc.

It's not a big deal unless you have an ulterior motive / day trading, which will be short lived.

Jogonnow, disappointed that you have jumped in with the full blown negativity and personnel insults aimed at AH, considering how you have been posting the last few months. Lost all credibility mate for a few quick £'s.

Thnks Sagar, would the rns still land on a B/Hol? I suppose it could do, just won't be able to trade. If good news there may well be a scramble first thing Tuesday once people have had time to digest the rns. Fingers crossed we may see the end of certain posters! :¬)

A Hamilton doesn't know how long it's going to take as he has no control over Demirs, all he can do is submit the permit to drill and wait for their decision, like the rest of us.

It's being traded by approx 20 joint / boiler room traders who are now buying back in from selling up an hour or so ago, this will be rinsed and repeated until the news flow hits, on multiple fronts. Do as Pompey says, buy the dips, if you have spare cash, or hold.

I was one of the lucky ones who was heavily invested in GGP (Greatland Gold) when it went from 0.5p to 38p in just a few weeks, a multiple of x 76. I see an awful lot of early stage similarities with Gex and GGP. Those that were invested or followed GGP saw gentle rises in sp but the biggest catalyst was not finding the high quality grades of gold in the ground. It was promising for the company to find the gold but it was 2 miles underground and they were not a miner but an explorer who didn't have a hope in hell of getting anywhere near the finance to mine the gold themselves to production, the plants that do that were in the $billions.

The catalyst was signing a contract and a joint venture / farm-in with the largest gold producer in Australia who funded everything for 70% of the company (GGP). When the 1st tranche of $65m was paid in to the coffers of GGP the sp went through the roof, literally. This was because there was no turning back and the market accepted the financial security of GGP that came with the Tier1.

For me Gex are mirroring the sequence of events that I personally witnessed as an investor with GGP. We are basically an explorer as well, waiting to see if we hit Helium, not gold, and if we do we will then sign contracts with Tier1 companies who are producers and will do the 'heavy lifting' and off-take at the well-head. Yes the sp of Gex will rise in anticipation of spud, rise in proven He volumes and other updates, but will, in my opinion, rise exponentially with the signed contracts of joining forces Tier1 company/s. That will be the security the markets want to see and take away any 'worry' of it failing or at the very least being a 'liability'.

I waited for nearly 3 years in GGP before it came good and saw a lot of people sell up through no sp movement. If you believe in something, even if it's a gut feeling, then stick with it. I can honestly say I have the same gut feeling with Gex that I had with GGP. This time I do not have to wait for 3 years.

The permit process is that it is with Demirs. He has no influence on Demirs whatsoever therefore there is nothing to update, until THEY make a decision.

Until Demirs gives the approval of permit to drill there is not a lot A Hamilton can update, that's why we are stuck where we are. As soon as that decision is made then an awful lot of news will come off of that, actually practically everything on the list that has been posted here regularly.

It will go from one extreme, no news, to the other, updates practically on a weekly basis. You are correct that all we can do is sit on our hands and wait, A H is in the same boat, pretty much.

Because it has been submitted and is in the hands of Demirs, he will not have anything else to add until Demirs makes the decision to approve or not. It's out of his hands once it has been submitted. All those invested are aware of that.
