Thanks Pompey, there was no disappointment Sir H from anyone, it was a very uplifting meeting, I did ask about 90% of the questions from shareholders. I asked if they were interested in handing over a % of the company if approached by a major but it was a flat NO and (my words) basically the reply was all those holding will be heavily rewarded with dividends and a one off special dividend was not out of the question.

For balance there is a lot of road that needs repairing, not so much the airport, but all those guys are on standby, as the rig etc for the drill permit to drop.

Alwaysbelieve90, the permit was talked about and AH stated it's not a question of will it be given but when. He, as we all know, has no say in time of delivery of the permit as it is down to Demirs or Dempe as it is now known.

Hi Pompey, I attended and have just got home, I concur, well worth the time and travel. I was 1st one to arrive and greeted Anthony Hamilton & Mark Wallace as they entered the building and chatted with them both at length before we made our way to the meeting. Very friendly atmosphere and once all the resolutions were passed they allowed the shareholders, all 3 of us!, to ask any questions we wanted.

I left no stone unturned and am very very happy and upbeat of how it all went and the answers received. Total transparency and as and when they do have to raise there are many options available, dilution via placing is just one and might not necessarily be that route.

Tier 1 companies are queuing up and talks with them happening on a regular basis and the Australian Govt have made themselves known and are in the picture and see it as a national resource and of national importance.

Pompey spot on, Executive Technical Director John Heugh on Gex Board is the founding Director of Central Petroleum, the biggest acreage holder in Australia of prime petroleum exploration and target identification expertise. His joining of Georgina was no mistake and a master stroke by A Hamilton.

It is highly likely John Heugh will be liaising with Central Petroleum and keeping them informed of developments, he will not need to make appointments and will have a direct line to old colleagues and friends at will.

Hussar drill is first but what a prospect to follow up with in Mt Winter, it de-risks the one - trick pony scenario and adds approx another $20bn to the combined NAV of both licenses. We just have to get this frustrating few weeks out of the way and then its update after update with at least 2 being game changing catalysts, namely, helium that flows to surface and then Tier 1 off-taker signed contracts confirming a revenue stream. If you believe the company will come good then that's all that matters.

SL / Pompey what people are not picking up on is that this rns is basically a CPR, Competent Persons Report which as you and I know means the market takes it as gospel in its findings. The most significant content in it for me is not the actual revised upgrade of nearly 40%, as fantastic as that is, but the in depth detail of the fracturing and porosity of the base rock which greatly suggests it will not only be easier to extract and in larger net volumes but highly likely it will flow. The Gex website gives a much greater presentation of todays rns with diagrams and slides and explanations of how the competent person came to his report conclusion. Lots of comparisons of rock strata / porosities similarities from existing sites around the world. A CPR is a big thing to to flaunt in front of prospective interested parties.

If we hit the helium worth £100bn+ and sign contracts with Tier1 companies ( who we are already in talks with and been doing so for some time) with a MarCap currently at £8m then the sp will be in the ££'s, it can't not be with assets that size. Even before that game changing news we are due very decent uplifts in sp with news due at any moment with permit approval, rig to site, spud etc.

The time to top up, if you have the funds, is actually right now, not on news, if you want to make the biggest gains and have more shares for your buck.

If the accounts were submitted in the correct format suspension could happen at the same time, they need to be re-formatted and this was clearly stated in the rns. As soon as this process is completed then suspension will be lifted, I would expect within a week so next week at the latest.

Legal your post @ 17:32 it's important for people to realise there is a huge difference between being suspended and being de-listed. Gex can't re-list as it's not been de-listed i.e it still exists on the stock market. De-listing means it has been removed and would have to go through an awful lot of red tape to get back on, my words.

Suspension is just that, still alive and kicking to start trading as before. Not being picky but there is a big difference.

SL the rig is sorted as is the BOP mate, they got one capable of 20.000 psi, the average BOP ordered is 8,000 - 10,000 psi, it's all good.

GL77 you have basically answered your own question. no drill will be allowed to go ahead unless it satisfies all the legal requirements in place at the time. Most of the drillers of the wells we are looking at circa 2004 were the likes of BP & Shell. I would expect an uplift in sp on each update some being catalysts and more game changing than others, helium present that flows to surface and signed agreements / JV's with Tier 1 Off-Takers being the 2 main ones for me.
