Just 900 parts per trillion is commercial and 1,100 has been quoted in drills within the same basin.

That's it in a nutshell. Whether it's 10, 15, 30 days from Oct 22nd, the permit will be issued at some point. Very pleased PensPen are on board.

It's all been approved, nothing else left, just needs a signature so hopefully by end of next week at the latest. Even if not, I would imagine contractors are or have been approached already to prepare themselves in advance to start immediately when permit drops.

I just don't know, but I tend to keep my feet on the ground and take the middle ground, where I do agree is if we hit the expected helium in the volumes touted about and it flows to surface with an off-taker signed agreement or a Tier 1 major then we will be at a silly sp well above a £1 and that would only be a MarCap of £140m with assets of £150bn+, we should hit unicorn status, £1bn in my opinion, certainly if MT Winter comes in as well.

It is difficult to call, it will rise but may not hit some of the projections on here on that news alone. For me it doesn't matter as I am in for the long term and particularly dividends, there may even be a one off special dividend to begin with. The biggest catalyst for the sp will not just be the discovery of helium that flows to surface, as good as an effect that will have, but the signing of the contract from an off-taker afterwards and or majors getting involved.

We will have a lot of news updates even before the drill spud, each one should move the sp or at least underpin a new base level.

We did achieve 25.5p peak a few weeks after RTO and that was just due to coming to entering the market and on potential alone. We are a lot further down the road now than we were back then. The sp will rise from here, but I think it will be in stages as the months go by and not all down to the permit where there will be day traders i'm sure, but the biggest gains will be those that can afford to hold imo.

I think majors will be watching the results of the drill and if successful A H has already stated it mw well end up as a Dutch Auction, highest bidder wins, as it were.

I believe now that DMPE have approved all necessary paperwork from Westminster Oil & Gas it requires a signature from a Dept of Ministry within the Australian Govt and that is the permit issued. Westminster stated all accepted on the 22nd Oct, so we start the 2nd week tomorrow, realistically it should be with us by the end of next week, hopefully it could of course be sooner. Irrespective, A H stated that all parties will be contacted now, contractor wise, to hit the ground running for repairs to airport, access roads, well pad construction and drilling rig and crew. This can all go ahead at the same time. It will be nice if A H when releasing the permit news could include a timetable, of sorts, giving an estimation of how long the works will take. It will take several months from commencement and I would hope drill spud can start by April / Q2. Drill is expected to take 50 days. 6-8 mths all in is my guess, be interested in other genuine holders of their timeliness expectations.

Signed MOU off-take agreement to invest in and develop two hydrogen, helium and natural gas production and storage facilities.

The agreement grants Halo Capital an option to acquire the rights to 100% of helium, hydrogen and natural gas produced from current projects and any future projects.
