Nothing, you only realise your assets if you sell, losses or gains, and I have no intention of selling. I expect very strong Dividends once / if we are producing. If we reach an sp of over £1, which is easily attainable imo, the Dividends should be anything between 5p - 25p, so I could receive £100k - £500k annually without selling a single share.

It might come to nothing but if it does...

Sir H, at this sp level it's insane if people don't want to have a punt at the phenomenal multiples if we are successful with Helium that flows, not 100% guaranteed but more likely than not imo.

For every 1p the sp goes up it's £20k for me, if you hold 1m it's £10k, 750,00 it's £7.5k, so get in now at 5p with the possibility this to £1+ ( MCap just £127m) for a multiple of 20x. You don't have to invest a small fortune but you could make one. Assets of £100bn+ potentially with a MarCap of £6m.

Some good holdings their guys, I'm holding 2m and I believe PompeyM has a fair amount, it doesn't really matter as if we realise the assets we are expecting the sp will be comfortably in the £££'s bracket so everyone below will be on to a winner. Just £300m - £500m MarCap gives an sp of £2 - £3.33, I believe we will go a lot higher if MT Winter comes in as well.

Non - exclusive is good, it means that that A H can still be approached by other off - takers or oil & gas companies / third parties etc. It also shows the leverage he had to get 2 off-takers who agreed to a MOU knowing that they could be pushed aside, as and when, by a better offer. It will keep them on their toes. This could have only been done if the prize was worth was worth accepting basically on whatever terms A H agrees upon or he goes elsewhere.

MAB I would say it's a given that there is an awful lot going on behind the scenes as there's an awful lot to arrange. A H would have 'lined' certain contractors up but even designated ones without a permit date could not financially afford to sit around waiting. Prioritising work, timeline of expected completion of each stage, initial road repairs that allow access to site as opposed to repair all the roads, it's possible the rig has had to go to another site due to the permit delay, that would not be major as we have a lead time now of constructing the well pad and all the other repairs first. Add any talks of JV's and Off-Takers and it will take a week or two.

In defence of A H he could only approach contractors with definite assurances once he had the permit, he could do so much but not finalise.

Shouldn't be long for the start of updates, both construction and financial.

25.5p was reached and I witnessed it at the time, I bought in on the 1st day of RTO at 8am and have watched it daily. The figures on this page below are correct and would breach FCA and LSE standards if not correct.

It was 25.5p, please see my earlier posts, it's even on this page if you scroll down to MarCap and Shares in Issue section. I witnessed it at the time, it happened with a couple of weeks of listing.

Agree, was just stating a fact, I actually also thought the same that A H stated he wanted to in the top 4 Global Helium producing Companies, he later stated the top 3. We could certainly get top or 2nd spot by reserves if both Hussar and MT Winter come in as expected. Will depend on the pressure and what flow rate we can get.

Yes,, they are actually the largest operator by acreage, they have more land under license than anyone else but not the largest MarCap.

Absolutely being manipulated and from the first day after TW comments, as I stated the other day it was so obvious that it drew a conversation from Zak Mir's podcasts. He even stated he could see any reason for it, however, these sells of a couple of grand will have no effect whatsoever once institutions and HNWI come on board.

Should get project of works for all the contractors and equipment needed on site soon and an expected timeline of each stage being completed. They will source a rig now in advance as the rigs could be currently out on other jobs.

It will take several months minimum to get to the drilling stage and then an expected 50 day drill. We have waited this long so we could be celebrating Easter / Early Summer, that's our summer!

About as experienced as they come, and as I stated before he actually approached A H & M W due to the high amount of drills that encountered helium, on the way down not even at the sweet spot, plugged and abandoned as it was oil being sought after not gas. He was amazed no one had considered this and he had pondered on the idea of helium for many years whilst at Central Petroleum. Central Petroleum's new prospectus now states they are to looking to enter the helium exploration and production market.

As for A H lying, if he genuinely thought when he made the comments that he expected to drill in December and then it didn't happen due to unforseen circumstances, one being the worst flooding in 80 years and another demand from DEMIRS for a 2nd environmental study due to an enlarged license / drilling area it's not actually a lie. A lie would be deliberately saying something with no intention of ever carrying it out, if it happens later it's not a lie just the timing is wrong, something we have all done even if on a smaller scale but do not class ourselves as liars when that happens, we just got the timing wrong.

I wonder how AH managed to trick an Institutional Investor in to parting with £1.2m and £1m with no interest and a 60% premium. Obviously didn't get any details or info which made him think it was an excellent deal. We are all doomed, I am selling up now. We've been scammed just like the Institutional Investor. scroll down on this page to the marcap, shares in issue section (before the chat), actually quotes 25.25p but that is what is finished the day on, intraday peaked at 25.5p, i witnessed it and was rubbing my hands before pizzaman winni**** personal attack. it doesn't have any relevance but ifiknow was not lying, he was correct.
