Just to add, most broker notes are no more than 2 pages, the second page being all the disclaimers and legals, the 1st page being the fundamentals and predicted sp.

Zak Philips / Oak Securities broker note was 40 pages long going in to extraordinary detail showing all the criteria to justify his predictions. Very in depth and both the broker note, all of it, and the podcast well worth looking at.

Agree, the thing about Zak Philips podcast was that he stated, at the time, that the sp should already be at £1.24 so it does beg the question just how high can the sp go if we are successful.

Ifiknew..., excellent posts. There's an excellent podcast with Zak Philips of Oak Securities, approx 45 mins in length, and he stated the huge disconnect in sp even back then. With just Hussar & MT Winter he alluded that sp of £17.95 was possible with 2 catalysts, hitting helium at both prospects.

Whilst it is an 'if' I wonder what the sp could be if and when we sign contracts with Santos & Central Petroleum. Just 18mths is the intention to have drilled Mt Kitty, a proven helium play. That's summer of 2027.

For those prepared to wait the rewards could be life changing, it might not happen but if it does then it's the stuff of dreams, a unicorn even...

I've been trying to locate the Oak Securities Broker Note that stated we should have been at £1.24 unrisked and £17.95 risked, that was before thew upgrades and used Helium price of $335 per mcf.

If anyone can manage to get hold of it and put it on here it would certainly benefit new investors to the chat board.

For a while now barely any trades, apart from the day traders, which is apparent that everyone who wants to be in is in and patiently sitting on hands, not easy, but the rewards worth waiting for.

As for the lack of trades they will soon come from Institutional Investors and Fund Managers and be £50k a pop.

With the He3 it's a question of how many kg's we could get, parts per trillion might not end up with much. i would love a tonne of it but being realistic and listening to A H last podcast he almost talked it down with a view that he would see it as a nice bonus. His emphasis was very much focused on the vast volumes of He, Hy, and Nat Gas, that's what will send this to ££'s with a lot more certainty, we don't need the He3 but yes a nice add on if we get enough.

Hussar & MT Winter have been described as of National Significance such are thew volumes. I know we keep saying it but a £5m MarCap is such a disconnect that the NatGas alone is worth $10bn+ just at Hussar alone. Market price for NatGas is approx $5bn per 1 trillion cuft. Hussar has 2.7 tn since the upgrade.

Just how bright is he to know Tom Winnifrith has legal proceedings against him on two fronts and then he posts a personal attack on Anthony Hamilton. He has the I.Q of a Dead Ant. Desperation is incredible here, shows you the hold Tom W aka Pizzaman has over his Boiler Room imbeciles.

Absolutely ifiknow, just imagine what it is like to try and run a small company, particularly from start up, it's difficult enough anyway but to receive nothing but personal attacks with no foundation purely to buy in at the start watch the sp go up and trash the price after selling at the top, and rinse and repeat through his boiler room cohorts. All this without the CEO being able to defend himself unless he goes through the courts with all the added stress and costs.

Ask yourself this, would the CEO put himself in Court if he wasn't absolutely confident of winning and that there is no substance to the slander / libel from Tom Winnifrith.

Tom Winnifrith attacked Gex incessantly for a period of months with lies and personal attacks on the BOD. We were at 25.5p and going great guns until he did what he does best.

An awful man and we would be 30p plus easily by now. He has upset so many companies and has 2 legal proceedings against him, one from the AI Amazon Company and also a personal one by the CEO.

Hope he has a 'nice' time in court.

PeterMac did you have a read of Tom W's disgraceful dealings, and he has the gall to call out companies that are respectable and decent purely through personal attacks to manipulate the share price, easy to do when they are starting out. Remember we were 25.5p not long after the RTO and dropped like a stone when he spouted his venomous bile on his website causing a lot of new investors to panic and sell up.

Hope he really gets his just desserts because he has affected so many small caps over the years.

That was Tom Winnifroth, apparently he needs all the funds to fight his Court Case, although he hasn't got a leg to stand on, soon be backs to the wall in the shower block at His Majesty's Prison, don't bend down Tom to pick up the soap.

I spoke to Mark Wallace at the AGM on Aug 06th and my final question was about the likelihood of Dividends once we have a revenue stream. He did not hesitate and said the total Capex for getting the helium to the Off-Taker is $85 so there was an awful lot of scope (profit) to do so.

Now let's say we can get $485 per mcf, which is below market value, that would leave $400 per mcf to split between Gex & Harlequin. Even at 50% each we would see $200 profit per mcf (thousand sq ft).

Just imagine what the revenue will be if all 5 wells produce, even Mt Kitty is intended to be drilled by Summer of 2027, sounds a long way away but it's only 18mths or so.

Long long overdue in my opinion, T W is a nasty piece of work who has slated many many stocks over the years with no comeback. I hope this, just google Rivington Street Holdings to see the absolute catalogue of wrongdoings, including investigations from the Home Office, FCA, banned from ADVFN, Missing £100k and terrible abuse of a young female by trolling.

Not a personal attack or slight by me just putting out what is online.
