Regv, i'm not sure how an accurate time can be given, as none of us are privy to what's going on behind the scenes. It is a question of how far advanced talks are. Who knew that the Central Petroleum / Santos proposals started in March, 8 months ago, until it was announced last week. I suspect they are quite advanced but due diligence where funding is concerned will be be very thorough.

Funding will be sorted before the date of the drill turning, my opinion and others may disagree, time will tell.

The market will respond to signed deals and / or revenue, these will be the catalysts. Only 2 trades suggests that all those that want to be in are in and now it's a sitting on hands time.

I hope it is a lot quicker and I may have interpreted it incorrectly. But as a shareholder with a decent holding I am keeping my feet on the ground and factoring in a timeline that will allow updates that are in line with this. Would love to be wrong and it happens Q1.

Some good posts this morning, particularly Twenty-Four 7 ifiknow, with regards to a realistic timeline for drill turning i agree with the post this morning at 07:12 by Twenty-Four. To mobilise all the contractors to complete the repair of roads, airport, construction of the well-pad, and source a rig will take a few months and I can see it taking a few months and expect the drill to turn around Easter time.

I actually interpreted the 50 day preparation for drill as the time taken to inspect the casing, install new bop, and drill the extra depth from 2400m through the domed subsalt layer at 3,200m.

It could of course be quicker than this, irrespective we should know comfortably by end of May / early summer.

An awful lot of updates before then, each one underpinning the sp at a higher base level each time.

If ewe do hit Helium, Hydrogen and Nat Gas anywhere near the volumes that have been quoted we will re-rate to several ££'s, there is absolutely no way we can't if the Off-Taker signs on the dotted line and and we go in to production with revenue streams.

The potential NAV of Hussar & MT Winter are in my opinion simply too big not to ahead. with whomever at the end of the day. Due diligence can take a while , there is no room for error particularly when money is involved, many concerns have failed by getting it wrong or basically agreeing on a handshake with little or no research whatsoever.

I suspect that talks have been going on in the background for some time, how many of us knew about the talks with Central Petroleum and Santos which started in March, 8 months ago. A H is just getting on with it and his intention is to grow the company to global status which if we do end up in bed with Central, and in particular Santos, can become a reality, in the Helium sector at least.

If it's not before Friday that means it won't be Mon - Thu then it could be Friday. I said hopefully before Friday.

If the Santos / Central Petroleum deal goes through, and seeing that both these companies really want to expand in Helium / Nat Gas, I can see no reason why it can't, we could have 5 revenue streams instead of just the 2 we expected in Hussar & MT Winter. That would be Helium, Hydrogen and Nat Gas, each gas valued in $bn's.

To put the timeline in perspective, 2027 is 13mths 2 weeks away, we should have been receiving revenue well before then (no pun intended) from Hussar and possibly MT Winter plus getting lots of updates of the progress for the Santos / C P drill of MT Kitty July of that year.

The market wants an update and I suspect we may get the long awaited rns next week, hopefully before Friday.

Matt, we have John Heugh on the BOD who is the Founder of Central Petroleum and he is driving this new JOV with Santos & C P. It is only a proposal at this stage with a lot of conditions to be met. GG P gave away 70% of their company to Newcrest nearly 2 years before the first tranche of money hit their coffers. They did not have a hope in hell of getting any of the gold out themselves or mine it to production. Even the 30% remaining holding transformed themfrom an explorer to a producer, the difference being selling gold at $50 an ounce to let someone else mine it or $5,000 an ounce to produce it.

If people can't see what a JV with Santos ($22bn MarCap) and C P will do to a minnow like Georgina there is no point trying to explain.

Hussar, if successful, will in my opinion see revenue before the final stages of any signed deals with the other 3 prospects, MT Kitty, Jacko bore, Maghee etc.

I understand this board has been taken over by day traders and that's fine but a few hundred quid every week or so trading this will not transform anyone's lives in the way if we hit helium.

Santos can command anything they want from the oil & gas industry due to their size. If they want it to happen it will.

Central Petroleum are referring to MT Kitty being the 1st to be drilled out of the 3 new prospects in conjunction with Santos. It is worded poorly. Hussar will be the first drill, by a mile.

So no one actually thinks the reason why Hussar has not been drilled yet is because we were waiting on DMPE to issue the permit to allow us to do just that? Out of A H's hands and he will be working behind the scenes to update the market very soon. People here actually believe this is a scam and both Santos and Central Petroleum have been fooled as well? Seriously?

If share issue can be as late as end of 2026 then it is highly likely Hussar will have been drilled, even if it is as late as June / July. Therefore we should have a revenue stream via a contract with an OFF-Taker and the sp will be multiples of where we are now. It is not inconceivable that we could fund the £7m from revenue and there being no need for any dilution of shares, if we hit helium that flows to surface.

If Hussar drill proves up helium that flows to the surface with the expected volumes and concentration levels we are quoting and the then signing of Off-Taker contracts for revenue, not only does it send the sp up in an almost vertical line it sends a message to Santos and Central Petroleum of what awaits them with relative ease due to the advanced stages of their prospective drills with us. We should at the end of all the drills have unicorn status (MarCap $1bn+)

There will be no consolidation, even with the dilution we still will have a very low share issue for a company getting in to bed with a $22bn behemoth as Santos and the largest Australian company by acreage of license, Central Petroleum. The catalyst will be when everything is signed off but this won't be for a good few months yet.

Nothing has changed with Hussar and MT Winter, A H will be cracking on behind the scenes with that. So much to look forward to for those prepared to wait a few more months, not exactly a hardship for where the sp could end up.

These talks must have been going on for weeks if not months to get to this stage, so fair play to the BOD working behind the scenes, mega busy and one in the eye for all the naysayers who were slating him for doing 'nothing' ( in their eyes). I went to the last shareholder meeting on Aug 06th, I will be going to the next one and looking forward to it!

He3 is actually 140,000 the value of He4, $70m has been paid for 1 kg!! INSANE.

Santos actually buy up companies at several billion dollars a pop, look them up on Wikipedia guys. This is TRANSFORMATIONAL and then some, the sp will be in the ££'s next year, if we hit the He3 at 1,100 ppt then it will be in double figures.

Santos a Multi-Billion $ company and the largest NatGas provider in Australia.

We have the backing of a mid tier Aussie Oiler who hold the largest acreage in the country and have a wealth of experience, this means no going back and it will be seen through to production, let the day traders have their moment, this is huge news.
