If you had taken time to go to the AGM A H explained everything about that case and showed me the paperwork relating to it incl Court Documents and the findings. Not only was he cleared of any wrong doing he was awarded £60k in damages. FACT!!

I saw the proof of documents.

His actual comments to me were " They left no stone unturned and basically put me under a microscope for months" I assume he was talking about the FCA. Not only did they not find anything he was awarded damages, I saw those documents as well.

All this took place outside the lift lobby as I arrived very early and had AH & M W to myself for approx 30 mins.

Well, the industry likes him and what he has, £1m INTEREST FREE LOAN, Off-Takers sourcing rigs, stumping up funds so no dilution. I think he is doing pretty damn well.
