MoM, it is what it is and I don't dwell on things in the past, as a LTH I will wait I will see this out and have used the low sp to lower my average. As for the repairs they could not be started until the permit was issued and contractors will not be sitting idle waiting for an unknown date, preparations are and have been ongoing to get contracts sorted for work to start which should not be too long.

2025 was frustrating but we are a lot closer now to getting things moving. Signing off.

MoM, you are correct and we are all aware of that, some of the delays were not in their control and some were, this has been discussed at length.

Those invested have to look to the Summer and news updates before then, nothing can be done about the past.

If repairs go ahead and then the drill everything else becomes irrelevant, the only thing that will matter then is do we find helium / hydrogen / nat gas that flows to surface.

All those answers should be known in 6 mths or less.

Next news will likely be the timeline of repairs to roads, runways, well pad construction etc which will take a few months then hopefully the drill by May - June. Agree this is high reward but all shares have a risk associated to them. It's all down to the drill results, simple as.

HE1 is due a rise with revenue nailed on in Q1 due to first gas now being produced. They do, however, have 9bn shares in issue and the current MarCap of £36m gives an sp of just 0.4p. They may well go to £100m MarCap again but even then the sp will just break through the penny barrier at 1.1p.

Georgina currently has only 127m shares in issue with a MarCap of £3.95m.

For every 1 share Georgina has in issue HE1 has 71, a multiple of over seventy! So the beauty is the same MarCap of £100m for Georgina will give an sp of 80p.

We have the potential of 5 different prospects to hit helium with the knowledge that MT Kitty has flowed concentrations putting it in a league table of the top 5% anywhere in the world, 9.0 % & 11 % respectively.

We should comfortably see a MarCap of £300m - £500m at those concentrations. HE1 came in at 3% for 1 of their main prospects and even this is classed as 'good'.

You have to announce an extension to an MOU. No choice. I am pleased that it shows an interested party looking that far ahead, also it underlines their thinking that they expect to be undertaking Hussar & MT Winter before moving on to the 3 prospects with Central Petroleum and operator Santos imo.

Halo want it all by the looks of it, as you say they already have an mou for Hussar & MT Winter and will be emboldened by the big players coming on board soon, MT Kitty, to be drilled by summer 2027, just 18mths away. I actually think it will be fast tracked.

All the expense for the Off-Taker, all the sunk costs to be returned, at the AGM A Hamilton even said that Georgina will negotiate to get the costs of the road repairs, airport repairs refunded also.

Just need to hit the helium, then it will be deal after deal in relatively close succession.

They haven't spent it yet nor the £1m 0% interest free loan.

Next news most likely to be funding secured and agreed with Harlequin and Georgina Energy. For Harlequin to already have access a rig they must be very very confident of it being guaranteed.

As others have said it would have taken months to source a rig, they are not picked from a shelf, so to allow that to happen negotiations on funding would have been happening at the same time, the Rig owners would have wanted to see some form of proof as well that hiring costs could be met circa $10,000 per day for the duration of the drilling.
