Sir H, I have witnessed exactly that, the mm's will re-rate it electronically, i.e at 8am on opening the sp will be given a new base and you will not be able to buy in on the news, a company whose ticker was GON opened at 8am, from suspension oddly enough, 6,000% up ( sixty times ). The line was vertical allowing no one to buy in, sometimes, as I'm sure you know, a share is suspended when news of a sp3ectacular kind being expected to prevent market manipulation.

The funny thing was, all those that were holding shares when it was suspended were upset that they were locked in' and could not sell! On opening all their dreams came true. Unfortunately, I was not a holder.

It does happen. It also went in to liquidation a few months later.

Also the £55bn quoted for Hussar was before the two upgrades of increased volumes, the first by 18% and the second upgrade a further 37% and at a price of $285 mcf when the price should command $500+mcf. The broker note was calculated on the lesser figures.

With the size of the assets it really doesn't matter about funding being required, the shares in issue are incredibly low, most small cap companies have several billion shares in issue, a fair few in double figures. Anything with under 500m is good, we have less than 150m even when all warrants are exercised. A MarCap of £300m - £500m would still give £2 - £3.33 a share, and that MarCap has been seen by a lot of small caps on news that is nowhere as good asset size wise as ours could be.

Most people are aware and I am confident you are, but if not just google Rivington Street Holdings and you will see the real TW, investigated by the Home Office and FCA banned from ADVFN and a whole host of corruption, this is purely from what happened and no personal sway from me whatsoever. He makes A H look like a saint, and then some.

Also to conduct an RTO you will have been put under the microscope by the LSE and FCA to name just a few, any wrongdoing and he would not have been allowed to list, period.

Next rns looks to be a blockbuster, irrespective of any financial deals, I suspect the time being taken to release is due to an awful lot of negotiation with off-takers, contractors, Penspen etc.

Both A Hamilton & Mark Wallace put in a total of £2.5m with the initial £5m RTO. This was their own money and not sweat money. They have a lot to lose if this fails and it's nice to know they have skin in the game, many Directors don't put their money where their mouth is.

It has been stated more than once by A H that he will look for pre-pay finance from an off- taker where possible, this is where PensPen and Hali Capital could, as per recent bulletins, come in to play.

I think the permit approval caught A H on the hop a little bit hence a very quick and short acknowledgement rns. The follow up rns might be tomorrow but believe it will be Monday as they will want to provide as much detail as possible and have probably spent most of today in talks with third parties possibly continuing tomorrow and over the weekend. Likely we will get a fair few rns's in short succession from here on in.

1,2m warrants are approx £60k, hardly going to have an effect on anything, far more traded than that today, so sp should see a steady rise in my opinion.

We will be much higher than this when we spud, even before results are known. Just a few months and many on here could be sitting on a small fortune, me personally I am waiting for dividends.

Huge multiples from here, £1.24 sp would only be a MarCap of £150m, should see £300m - £500m easily if we hit helium, and that's just for Hussar. Add MT Winter to the mix later on down the line then it will be unreal.

The Ask & Bid at the time of the trades were 5.00 & 5.30, so 5.272 is way above the mid-price of 5.15, other trades in real time were put as buys and also 2.72. It matters not, i have bought considerably today and my buys were shown as sells, doesn't matter, all that matters is we hit helium when we drill.

No pumping needed, with 6,000 psi of pressure the He and Nat Gas should flow to surface naturally :¬)

Absolutely agree, they will be negotiating as we speak, the assets of $100bn + if proven will negate any placing required due to the incredibly low amount of shares in issue, which will still be the case post any placing. Most small caps have at least 1 billion shares in issue, we have just over 1/10th of that.
