Our 3.764 trn will therefore be worth between $11.3bn and $15bn, that's just the Nat Gas. The He will be worth $30m - $50m per 1 billion cuft, so 430bcf of helium worth between $129bn and $215bn.

These are for both Hussar and Mt Winter, Gex could get half that with the Off-Taker taking half. Irrespective they are telephone numbers for a Company with just over 100m shares in issue.

I'm not panicking at all, we can clearly see the permit is with DMPE and it's just a question of time. I agree we would all like it sooner and if we couldn't see evidence that the permit has been applied for then fair enough, but it is showing with an organization totally dependent of Gex. So are people saying that all the paperwork, 177 pages on more than one occasion is just being put forward to go through the motions with no intent to drill?

It will take time to repair roads, airport, well pads etc but even if it is Q1 it doesn't matter to LTH's as we will have a drill at the end of it. The outcome we don't know but I believe it will go ahead, all good things come to those that wait, I hope this case is as such. Off to bed.

At the time of the trade, not the reporting of it, the bid / ask were 4.80 & 5.00 so mid price would be 4.90. Price paid was above both of them 5p+, so leaning towards a buy not a sell. MM's can print at a different time and the algorithm will show buy or sell at the bid / ask at the time of print not actual time of trade. Just need to see other trades at the same time, they were all buys (at that price).

Just to add, as a Founding Director of Central Petroleum it is fair to assume that John Heugh will still have direct contact with Central Petroleum top brass if he so wished to. In other words, They will pick the phone up for him, especially as they are now looking to re-enter the helium, hydrogen market space themselves.

Gex doesn't have to ramped or de-ramped, the permit will happen, just don't have a date. It is frustrating when all can do is sit on your hands and wait. For those prepared to hold through road repairs, well pad construction and 50 day drill then it should, hopefully, be worth it and more. Those are the facts, we sit and wait.

Irrespective of how big or fast the gains come it all pivots on permit news. Once that happens then the whole process of enabling the actual drill will be set in motion, whether it will be road and airport repairs, drill rig to site, well-pad construction it can start to proceed and there will be many works that can run at the same time of each other.

I don't like the idea of 2 Off-Takers interested in paying every penny from the well-head to production and revenue stream.

I don't like the idea of Dividends being paid annually in the region of 30p - 50p a share once revenue hitting the coffers.

I don't like the idea of an asset circa $100bn with only 163m shares in issue.

I don't like the idea of He 3 being found previously in nearby drills, who wants a multiple of 140,000 x the value of He 4?

I don't like the idea of total Cap Ex of $85 at well-head then being sold at $600 with at least 50% of that profit margin coming to Gex.

It is a long road and I started the thread but stated not all of it is damaged but people will spin to suit their agenda. Cold hard fact is the road is only 12 ft wide, the width (not length) of a front room. It is not akin to repairing the M1.

S H I actually agree, just didn't want people thinking the drill will start in September, permit will have happened and yes not all the road impacts on Gex, we could probably get the well pads started from eqpt delivered to the airport which has very limited damage. What's a few months to prove up a combined asset of $100bn.

For those prepared to wait, and things will get started as soon as permit drops, just imagine a helium strike with an off-taker trucking it away to a processing plant. A signed deal with a company that will cover every penny cost from the well-head to finished product creating a revenue stream will lead to an sp unrecognisable from where we are now. Any whiff of He³ and it will be off to the races. Just need to sit on hands, this is the hard part.

128, 245 at 11:01 was my buy, I am not de-ramping, now hold over 1.5m so proof of my belief, jut putting things in perspective, that's all. This will make some holders very very wealthy, and the dividends will be the icing on the cake.

The 1000km came from the meeting but again not all of it impacts the site. I'm heavily invested which is why I went to the meeting, I added another 120,000 this morning but I am realistic this will happen but not in September, the drill that is, the permit absolutely.
