Vanilla I think we’ll be moving up into next year. tax rebate at the end of the year then interim results in feb will hopefully show profit as we won’t be spending on legal. I like the court case to be done by year end.

The court win would be a bonus, were' set for profit next year excluding the new items from Ioxus and the Lithium items. then we start supplying car company in 2024. Long wait but I only see this going oneway over the next year with a big boost from a positive court outcome.

I Think this means that the judge is going to hear from each party on the motions listed in the text. The outcome of that will alter the direction of the trial. if things go in our favour, our motions to dismiss their claims are implemented and theirs to dismiss ours are not then it puts us in a better position and Maxwell may settle without going to trial in October.

I’m yet to be convinced by Suzy. George was nice as ninepence I met him numerous times at presentations. Satu led the last one I attended and she lied while talking to a group of us when I corrected her she basically ignored me and went to talk to someone else. From then I promised myself I’d get out at the next opportunity.

Tommy I had to remain positive in my mind set and convince myself all would I was that far under water. I gambled with money I could lose but didn’t really want to lose as much as I had. I was lucky enough to get out @ 65p after missing three previous spikes thinking this was the time. I see Val in a whole new light now I only have a small stake as still at the back of my mind this has a slight chance of success. I know Suzy’s strategy has changed but this has been forced, she was quite happy doing for years at valiseek what George and satu were doing at Valirx while we funded them both.

Suzy wouldn’t loose her job not immediately she’s been voted on do when that runs out you would vote for her again that how they got rid of George and satu and they got away with doing the exact same thing for years but they had 3 carrots to dangle 101 201 and 401. 101 is gone 401 is MIA and 201 is hanging by a thread.

IMO cpx don’t need a bigger company, they are doing fin. They’ve been hitting their targets the last few year I’ve been invested and are continuing to grow quite fast. I believe they will meet their next target of profit this financial year.

I think you need to ask yourself why this has been allowed to go on. Why Suzy is doing everything she can to get this deal through and they are taking the **** and making her look weak. Why? Because this is it make or break. first company to show a remote interest in 201 and it’ll probably be the last until it’s done a full stage 2 trial.

Peoples perception of CPX as an RnD company because thats what we were, we now successfully produce our own products we've successfully defended our IP and this time next year we'll be in profit. Perceptions will change but they take time.
