All the way through development of both 201 and 401 we were told (we are continually talking to many parties regarding the development of these products and we have strong interest in the results when they are available). this tripe was fed to us all the time. Val 401 finished it's trial in 2019 thats 3 years for any interested party to digest these results.

It still bodes well for our target price of 13p given that this business and the new lithium business is excluded from this figure.

Cenkos predict EBITDA to be 3.4M year end 2023 first year in profit. we have legal costs covered. Profit from Lithium products, profit from this latest deal and a win with Maxwell on top of that then the royalties that haven't been paid along with any compo. We could be looking at a 10 million profit.

My interpretation of this is they shave exclusive right to everywhere except USA Canada and Japan. (The rest of the world) but the can sell these products to a select few of their existing customers in USA Canada and Japan m.

I don’t think they need to do this. Cap will sell these products under their branding and they will continue to sell it in there brand name.

I Thought most of the cash they raised was to fund the new trial and the US trial. so if they are burning cash it's paying for that. The problem with the SMC is a bummer but shouldn't cause that much of a problem they already stated that some places that usually follow their lead aren't so the situation is probably better than they first anticipated, I just wish they'd come out and say something positive on that subject.

Andysel you’re right with this share at least. When the rampers arrive this share goes up they take their profit and leave them everyone whose left will probably have lost money and moan so the share drops then the rampers come back. This share has nothing of value.
