I'm not miffed at all as I know this will fall again before they get a deal, I sold most of mine @ 54p. If the 201 deal comes through you might see more than that but thats a big IF, there's nothing else of value here but that deal. maybe in 5 years time when these University licenses start progressing to a stage where they are worth a big Pharma looking at them but nothing until then.

We signed the deal with cancer research for 201 in August 2010!! 12 years ago still no deal but you're confident They're going to spin this round in 2 years???

Thats their valuation today given the current trajectory and the assumption we will make a profit in the next financial year. This excludes possible payment from any court case and the new lithium products, these are both upsides. So given we have the confidence of the people funding the litigation and we are sitting under 4p it's a pretty good opportunity imo. I'm confident that this time next year we will be above the 13p point possibly before the end of 2022.

Both legal battles are upsides as is the new Lithium products now available. Our lawyers are confident in winning the case and we seem to have a good and growing customer base building a good reputation we could assume that the new lithium batteries are going to add value. I wonder where we'll be this time next year??

Just re read I thought it meant next year they would be covered but it's our trading year.

We made a loss of 700k last year so have 1.6m in the bank and a profit expected next year we should be ok. However there is the legal costs this year, have we paid the brunt of it and are now just waiting until court dates in October, I imagine the legal costs will be far greater once we enter court. Hopefully we will settle out of court.

The directors bought in a while back George and Satu Etc. Similar to this the value was insignificant. Suzy now has 45k invested. back in the day I had about 120k and a few others who aren't here now had much more.

Guys I really would like Val to succeed. I’d love to see 201 in the treatment of prostate cancer but look at the figures 201 trial finish in 2019?? 401 before that and they haven’t started another trial as far as I’m aware. If these drugs were as good as we were led to believe 201 next trial phase would be complete same with 401. We’d be seeing royalty payments coming through and we wouldn’t need to fundraise. Another pharma on aim has a share price of 10p but it has about 18m in cash 2 drugs passed with EMA now being sold and one passed with FDA being sold in the USA. One of only 3 companies on AIM to have a drug passed by the FDA. They a yet to make a profit and if you want a rock bottom share this I’d there right now as the CEO recently stated they MIGHT need to raise more funds before they reach profitability but this could be a loan and not dilution. Aimtrader we aren't funded at all, we just bought time as usual, was it not estimated we need 20m too forward 401 we don't have that we have't got a partner. 201 will be more we haven't got that and we haven't got a partner 301 ????? we just bought time to see if this deal comes through.

consolidation just reducing the amount of shares but they go up in value. nothing to worry about doesn't change anything for you.

I Think its the first time I'm seen a non profit company on here make a statement that they might need to raise more cash in the future but they won't tell us how or when or any update since. we've got 18 M in the bank at last statement. Why would you come out and but a damper on things when there is no need and you know it will impact the share price. I can only think of one reason.

They haven’t actually raised the money yet and there is the option to raise a further million diluting the share even more. I’m waiting.
