I’ve got patents so the first thing I would do would be buy the copy to inspect it.

I’m sure Cpx would have obtained their own samples from maxwell and already done the inspection themselves which is how they know for certain maxwell are copying. They will or should have evidence that this is what maxwell were selling. They’ve won cases before so I’m sure they know what they’re doing. Looks like maxwell are trying to drag this out as long as they can.
