Does a company not need to hold 30% before it can take over a company in a a hostile way? Biggest holder has 15% so they’d need another 15% and by that time the share price would be a lot higher than where we are now. Plus if they did start buying up shares it would trigger the market to do the same.

The Maxwell situation is pretty simple we are going through the motions of legal action for patent infringement the results will be presented when the judge makes a decision. First we need to run out of money. If we need to expand before we have the funds available we will need to borrow but that’s a good thing. Borrowing money for expansion because your order books are more than you can cope with is a good sign. Borrowing money isn’t a bad thing we all do it.

I think the problem with val now is it doesn't have anything up its sleeve. Previously the speculation was all based on results of 401 and 201, which allowed the share to rise and fall there was hope now we have non. The japenese have had 301 for over a year 201 published results over a year ago and 401!! its that long ago I cant remember. We were told that they were discussing with many other partners all the time waiting on the outcome of the results for each we got the results and no deal arose from any of them which leaves the conclusion that none of them thought the results were any good. The Bod are extremely stupid or think they are incredibly clever. I think this is the first share I’ve been involved in where they always seem to be negative in their RNS. Most directors want to stay away from the negative and only report it if it regulatory. Here the constantly state we might go insolvent, the last RNS is positive but they purposely end on a negative when they don’t even need to mention insolvency. It’s like they want the share price to drop.

It doesn’t matter the infringed the patent, the fact they stopped infringing suggests they knew they were and have stopped to reduce risk.

The FCA won’t do anything. It’s not as if they’re going to throw a massive tantrum and punish people that criticise them. They’ll look like fools.

The FCA's only argument was that we gave them the option of 10% or insolvency so this wasn't fair as it was not an option really. they then gave no value as to what they thought was fair so it not the value its the choice. we could go back to claimants and say ok you can have 10% now or 20 % in 2 years time when the company is making more money what do you want. This then isn't forcing their hand it's giving them a choice. they already know now that there is a chance of insolvency so they might well just vote for the 10% to get their money now but at least they had a choice.

You can't just make a company go insolvent because you want to, without the share holders taking you to court for not carrying out your duties to the company. They have a duty to make the company get through this! the bond holders aren't due their repayment until 2024 is it?? 3 years away they don't matter at the moment what matters is the company survives and starts making money again in order to fulfil their obligations.
